The truck was worse than before it started when she was finished. Took her over 4 hours and then she said "leave the doors open for a few hours so the carpet can dry." I used this company several times, but this was enough to never use them or refer them again. When I talked to Robert he agreed to give me a refund - then two days later he says he will refund me $298 of the $715 that was charged. Use your own judgment - would you pay $500 for your car to look like this?

The number of ways they did things wrong was astounding and only 20 pictures are allowed but I have many more. They used giant boxes to dump tons of little things with no packing material, threw in glass items mixed with other things with no padding, lied to their boss about running out of supplies when I had unopened boxes of moving paper, bubble wrap, and every size box there is. Left tape falling off of boxes, failed to pack numerous things I pointed out to them many times, left delicate items loose when I told them dozens of times that I was packing a 22 foot truck and could not have any loose delicate items. In addition to having to finish what they left undone, I had to open and repack box after box. Thank god I did, because if I hadn't, my belongings would have been smashed to bits in transit. The owner was a complete jerk when I called and didn't let me explain anything before starting to yell at me and spew lies that the crew had told him, probably realizing what a terrible job they had done. At the time, I fully intended to send the company a long detailed email with all my photos, but in the midst of a cross-country self move, I just never managed to do it. Also, he was so incredibly hostile I didn't want to fight. But I'm still bitter about the money I spent (over $1000) and how there are probably just a few fake reviews on here because they probably ditch bad reviews by changing their profile so I am finally adding this. Do not make the same mistake! Do NOT hire them to pack for you! You will regret it and end up repacking all your stuff yourself.

We returned approx. 3 months later for an oil check and had them check sunroof again (to see if it was our error). Owner of the mechanic shop said that there is definitely NOT an issue with our sunroof or the seal. He viewed the water damaged and stated that he was going to let his customers know to AVOID Bubble Down. It would not have been much of an expense to pay for our headliner to be cleaned. Instead, we now see that many other Bubble Down customers are posting about damage to their vehicles and some of them are even more severe. This shows incredibly poor Customer service at this Bubble Down location :( If an expensive automobile is damaged by Bubble Down, the correct thing to do would be to pay for the vehicle to be put back into the same condition it was PRIOR to entering their "car wash." We didn't ask for a new car, or for the entire interior to be cleaned. We're talking about a $50 service to clean the headliner where THEIR water and chemicals stained our headliner after ripping open our sunroof due to OVER SUCTION. Water literally poured inside our vehicle when our sunroof was closed. Bubble Down saw the damage occur, inspected our vehicle, took pictures, agreed that the suction was too strong, and they refused to acknowledge any need for cleaning or repair. We were told by management that they had to adjust the suction setting, so they certainly DID acknowledge the issue. Today we have water stains on our roof and we will need to pay out-of-pocket to have this cleaned. Shame on Bubble Down. Poor business management. Not ethical. We feel bad for these employees who took the time to document our claim, acknowledge the damage, and then have to be embarrassed that Bubble Down didn't support them or their business. We will NEVER return to Bubble Down, due to poor ethics on their part.

We were informed by Code Enforcement that there were large pieces of debris littering the property. On Friday, I googled, tried a few numbers and was pleased when Nicholas answered the phone. Nicholas was very professional and friendly. He informed me that he would drive by the property the next day (Saturday), send me some pics of the property and provide me with a quote. If the quote was accepted, he'd be able to clear the lot on the same day. He kept his promise and made this task an easy one for me. He sent me after pics of the newly cleaned area.
