In the past two years I have had them wrap my radio station van, office windows and provide awning signage. As I would entrust a project to them and it would turn out so much better than I envisioned, I just began going to them for all my print needs. Yikes. Then we embarked upon another well-meaning, yet dismal failure of a DIY adventure. The film was very old, brittle, and had no intention of coming off my windows. Thank goodness for professionals. Again. Alex was able to come assess the situation and gave a very reasonable quote for the removal of my problem window film. If you're dropping off packages that you already have packed and boxed, this place is fine. But…read moreNEVER let them wrap and box things for you. I brought in a slow cooker already boxed, cookware, and a new complete set of Corningware stovetop cookware that was saved for years. They literally packed the corningware inside each other with no packing material in-between. The middle baking dish arrived shattered. There were glass shards everywhere. The stainless steel slow cooker arrived with a very deep dent on the outside. I was told that they'd take the items out of the boxes that I had already brought in and sent in one big box. Why? That's so obviously illogical. I've never felt such anger with a company. Tomorrow, I'm calling to file a complaint and put in the claim. Unfortunately, I only insured it for $300. But the items aren't sold new anymore, and the cost of the used items exceeds the $300. I hope they review who packed the box and fire that employee. I paid over $100 to ship it. Never again.
