The process of printing from your email off your cell phone takes about 5 minutes or less, but I didn't know what I was doing, of course! There was a lady with brunette hair that works there who was hovering near me and she very nicely asked me if I needed some help? I realized the time and was like, Do I need to leave since you close at 7 pm? And she was like, No, you already started and I can help you get this rolling! That was so cool. I said, Of course, I need help and let's get going. She helped me through the whole process and my 13 prints came out perfectly in no time. She even closed it out for me and walked me to the door. I had the misfortune to have to go through Florida probate. Being a retiree, I am without tech backup, and I didn't want to pay for Adobe Acrobat software to open a pdf file, so I took my issue to Pack and Post. Crystal and Donna took it from there. They were able to process my E-mail docs, open them up, print them, get all signatures, scan the docs again, and E-mail them back not only to me but to the law firm as well. I had pictured an entire day running here and there, and the whole process at Pack and Post took less than a half hour. The price was very reasonable, and I will go back again. This business is truly a gem in the Homosassa, Florida community. I highly recommend their services!
