With only a few weeks to plan I was impressed with how accommodating and helpful they both were especially Mika! She was very patient with all my questions. The day of our ceremony we were running late and yet they both were very patient and understanding. We were traveling from Naples to the Brooksville courthouse. Once we got set up and our ceremony started, both the groom and I were very happy with our vows and ceremony. Mika let me share a playlist that she played before during and after our ceremony and to this music lover was a detail I was so happy with! On top of that the photos they took and the certificate printed for us was so sweet. We didn't just pay for an officiant but a total package that made our day that much more special. Thank you both so much!!!

Great ppl to work with and I will use them again for anything they can assist me with!! They made me completely comfortable that they know what they are doing and that is worth what they charge which is also very reasonable. FYI they prepare docs as well so before you spend a bunch of money like I did, you should check with them first!!

I have ordered business cards, seminar packet, name tags, Key chains and license plate holders. I have dealt with Caroline and she always ensures she gets the job right the first time and she's always on time with the estimate that she gives me. Now, I will say it's like everywhere else you go you have to stand and wait in line for your turn. Sometimes you're lucky and no one's there and other times there's five people in front of you but that's just business that happens at every store everywhere.

I always try to write most positive reviews and uplift, small businesses or people. However, the…read moretwo people working at this UPS store are very rude and unwelcoming. Not once did either of them crack a smile or try and be helpful. I bought two large frames from Amazon that I needed to return. Amazon told me to put them in a brown box without any previous shipping labels which I did.. I brought them to this UPS store and they told me that they couldn't use the box that they were in that it needed to go into another box which I've never heard of because I've mailed tons of stuff back to Amazon and never once had a problem. My items were packed in a brown box with no shipping labels sealed with tape they refuse to help me do anything made me go all the way home to get another box not to mention I had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to come out of the bathroom to speak with her, and she was very rude. The employees were large Caroline who stayed in the bathroom for 20+ minutes and Donald who informed me he didn't care about reviews cause he worked here 6 years and large Caroline 20 years and I see why they have such a low rating and many complaints , it obviously does no good but I'll finish my story anyway , so I go home get another box to combine my already packaged boxes in and get to the counter and Donald says because the end of the box wasn't taped well I had to buy a roll of tape, he refused to just put a small piece of tape on the box . He charged me $4.25 for a roll of tape for a small tiny peace or refused to mail my item, I usually use the UPS on Cortez Boulevard in Brooksville and the girls there are so helpful and accommodating , I can't believe the difference in the 2 stores . I'm not tech savvy and the girls at the other place are amazing. I've never had a problem returning anything from Amazon in any of the boxes and if I have something not right, they jump right in and help you in fact, I'm gonna leave them a great review after this because I'd much rather write a good review!
