The first thing I loved was that they are all very knowledgeable about their cleaning products and there is nothing that would hurt any animals. They themselves own multiple pets. The next thing I loved with how thorough they are about their work and how much they really care over the past couple years they become like family. They'll do as much is you need done or as little as you need done there will even steam clean the carpet's and do a remarkable job! I highly recommend this company. For the price, there was nothing spectacular. Had to point out several areas that weren't touched. The charge was 1200 for a 750 square foot house. Way over priced. If I wasn't in a pickle....I would have walked away. Several other companies out there who are way cheaper. read more

Be careful she doesnt accuse you of 'highway robbery' Go look at her responses to people on google reviews she claims all sorts of dishonest things as to why she charges over $1200.. Her website and herself will continuously say 'Deep Cleans start at $300' IN NO WORLD WILL SHE ACTUALLY CHARGE YOU THAT AMOUNT. HIDDEN FEES GALORE!! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. The service and the staff were top notch and professional. I came home after work and my home felt amazing. They even found the quarters I had stached behind my toaster and microwave to make sure they were cleaned. IYKYK. I highly recommend them for future cleaning and organizing projects. The house needed a deep cleaning ! Baseboards, fans, blinds, windows, and all the nooks and crannies that go with getting things to spotless. I have been using the service for about one year and they have always been on time 100% of the time. They take pride in the work and get the house cleaned properly. My mom paid for me to have above and beyond cleaning come to my house as an early Christmas present, and they did not disappoint! Everyone I've met is very nice and so welcoming showing them around my house it didn't feel embarrassing to show them my mess! I have three boys two dogs and cat that run the house. I had complete confidence in them I just left the house and was so excited to come home! The exceeded my expectations. My house smelled clean 3ft from the front door! My walls and base boards looked amazing and the floor felt so fresh! They did way more than I would have thought they would and it was really an above and beyond cleaning. Danielle and Isaac cleaned our house today. They did a great job. Good attention to detail and worked quietly ( nice touch). Danielle resolved a funky floor issue for me - floor installers left what appeared to be a little floor glue. She was very careful to only use the product I had for the floor and the area does not appear to be an issue anymore. Both Danielle and Isaac were careful concerning dusting. The cleaning service we received a few days ago was less than adequate. There was a major breakdown in communication between Jesse and the team that came to our home. They were instructed to clean anything we wanted within a 2 hour time frame and instead showed up stating they could only clean surfaces. I paid $75 per hour for someone to mop my floors and wipe the counters. I'm greatly disappointed a company does business like this. I hired this company to clean my home prior to moving in. I had read all these great reviews online and was looking forward to having the basics taken care of. I was so disappointed I did not even bother to call them back and complain. $300.00 I was charged for a move in cleaning, so sorry I paid them prior to seeing the completed work as I was moving here from out of town. Don't waste your money on deep cleaning, they didn't do what they said they would, they did a great job on the bathrooms, the kitchen they were supposed to pull out the fridge and clean behind it and around it, well if they did, it was a poor job, a;; the dust bunnies between the wall and fridge are still there, they never even cleaned the front of the fridge, they did my windows and my patio door is still streaked, they were supposed to clean my dining room fixture and never did, and so many other things were overlooked, so so disapointed read more

Warning: Do Not Do Business With These Shysters.This business is a total rip off. We were quoted a price of $500.00 (excessive to say the least) to clean a house that was not really even dirty . Some pet stains and traffic stains on carpeting and the usual everyday wear and tear . We made the mistake of paying before the job was done. Big Mistake! In any case not only wasn't the house cleaned but the cleaning crew had actually left their dinner garbage on my counter after they left. I am furious that I was made to pay these rip offs and would never recommend them to even my worst enemy.
