I showed her the house and the staff gathered their equipment. They are all uniformed and their equipment was clean. The entire event was professional and organized - you can tell they are experienced. When I was searching for a cleaning service, I picked Little Saints based on one thing ... their Google score. This is why they have an exceptional score. Amanda, Jim and Team deliver exactly what the customer wants. I also wanted to add that I own a Cleaning Service in Tampa and have for 21 years. I live a long way from my office and it is difficult to get them out to clean my home (takes away from my business). So, I decided to outsource and hire another company to clean my personal residence. I wanted to support another small business in my area - COVID has been devastating to so many. I highly recommend Little Saints for all of your cleaning needs. They have earned that 5 Star Rating by delivering first class service.

You charged me $40 an hour and claimed you were here for 5 hours, but my home security cameras clearly show you were only here for 3.5 hours. On top of that, several areas you said you cleaned were untouched -- none of my countertops in both my bathroom were cleaned. Neither of the sinks either! When it comes to under the couch, which we discussed before you ever accepted the job and confirmed you would take care of no problem. Then to come on here and complain about it? What's worse, you accidentally sent me a screenshot of your bank account where you were talking badly about me for not giving you a tip -- after already overcharging me and not completing the work you were paid for. That's completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I was respectful and clear about expectations from the start, but this entire experience showed a serious lack of honesty and professionalism on your part.

Had two people come out to clean and reseal the patio. They did a half-assed job cleaning and the…read moresealed up all the remaining mold in the bricks. Then the owner tried gaslighting us and telling us it was "the color of the bricks and the sealant brings out the dark". But there is no black in the bricks, the black is black mold down in the porous brick that wasn't properly pressure washed out. As if we haven't lived here eight years and had it done in the past properly and know better. Now we will have to have someone out to remove all their sealant, actually clean the patio, and reseal it again. Thanks for nothing. I've also uploaded a comparison picture of what our patio looks like cleaned properly. Two tone stone.
