When they arrived the owner started yelling about cleaning the one carpet. He had told me I could put it on the driveway. It had been rolled up in the garage. He yelled saying "animals peed on it" I hadn't realized but the kittens must have urinated on the back of it. But it has a thick rubber back. So the urine was not on the fabric. Anyways, he advertises he can clean pet stains. When I said it must be on the back. He yelled "No it's on it, I can smell it" then he stomped into my home. Where he yelled again "I won't be able to clean that one either, its wool" He went on "I told you I can't clean wool" I pulled the tag off the back of the carpet. It wasn't wool, as I figured. It was polyester. He should have known this. He's the carpet guy. This guy was obnoxious, so rude, disrespectful, out of control in my home. I just told him he could leave. I ended up cleaning the rugs and they look and smell great. IDK I thought what could have been going on. He seemed in a rush. Did he have another job come up which payed better? He couldn't be bothered with my little job? Please keep this in mind. When finding a carpet cleaning service. He is also associated with Spring Hill Carpet. Who I made the error of asking to come out next. They both gave very poor service. They don't have honest reviews on their websites either. Since they removed my reviews. They are all a dime a dozen. Don't give this guy your dollars.

They moved every piece of furniture, absolutely no bait and switch on the pricing, he used a professional Rake carpet when done which removes so much of the debris from the process. Incredibly, a deep steam pre treatment is always included and they use a bio degradable enzyme solution for an excellent deep clean process. They said they also do tile and grout. FIRST CLASS Chem Dry is FIRST in ANY CLASS!…read more We've been using First Class Chem Dry for quite a while, about 14 years! It was a surprise seeing how much better the carpets cleaned than with the 'traditional' soap, steam or scrubbing carpet cleaning franchises. So, knowing that, we've never looked back and we'd never use anyone else. We have referred them to some of our friends, and they are believers now, too! Steaming or scrubbing has to be hard on carpet fibers. It makes sense not to soak a carpet for many reasons. It takes longer for them to dry, you're not pushing dirt through the carpet and creating a 'mud' layer between the carpet and the padding. And you leave no soap residue in the carpet fibers, which I've heard actually can attract dirt after cleaning. Fab Fiancée and I just had Tim out to do a thorough carpet cleaning in a home we will be moving into shortly. I, personally doubted he would be able to get this Berber carpet clean. It had a lot of soiled areas and spots from some tenants we'd had living in there previously. To my relief(but I was not surprised!) Tim did an incredible job and brought this carpet back to life! I really should have taken some Before and After pictures! The difference was really that dramatic! Tim successfully got ALL of the spots and soiled areas clean! I'll call him Tim Terrific!, he's the BEST! Before Tim came out, I had to do a carpet patch job at the kitchen where the carpet meets tile. If you know Berber carpet, it has a tendency to snag and run, like old fashioned panty hose. There was about a 2 foot by 1 foot area with a lot of runs in this location. I cut the bad area out and pieced in a repair section from the same carpet we removed in the living room(we laid down wood laminate there). After Tim cleaned this patched area, both of us were surprised at how well the patch job blended in! It was High-Fives all around! In closing; You want your carpets cleaned and cleaned right, call First Class! You want professional and courteous service, call Tim at First Class!
