Spoke to Mikey who said he'd get out to look at, what I called a big stick in the yard. Surprised he arrived at house within a couple of hours, just as promised. Gave a reasonable estimate. Problem was, other than saying he'd be back in a few days with paperwork, he never gave a definite date to start work. Problem solved, surprised and elated when Brad called to say they could be out in an 1-1/2 hour to do the job a couple of days later.
