He replaced my very worn out flower beds with rock and a stone wall and suggested moving a tree and additional tree. Alex provided all information I needed for HOA to quickly approve the project, and once approved I was quickly added to his schedule. They were timely, clean, and the end result great! I will definitely recommend him to anyone seeking landscaping work and will be using their services for some ideas I have for my backyard.

Didn't know if it would be morning or afternoon, and then I was very rudely informed that they had 280 clients and 3 machines, and that they weren't going to mow 10 yd a day. As if this had anything to do with anything, I guess they have either too many clients or they need to buy more machines. I don't know. So I said, I wanted to know so that I could be here because I don't allow people on my property when I'm not here generally, whenever I've had that happen, things have disappeared. And they were very animate about the fact that that I did not need to be here that it was fine if I wasn't here to the point that it made me uncomfortable. And and then they said, oh, we'll send you pictures why I would need pictures, I have no idea because I live. Here. So that kind of made me uncomfortable. The price was a very respectable cost. He is very kind and I knew immediately I wanted to hire him. We set a date for service; however, he was in the area and called to see if I wanted service a little sooner. I welcomed him to come as my lawn did need a refresh. He was a gentleman and professional from moment one! While he was here, I had him give me a quote for another service that I needed. Again, very reasonable price quote. On my next lawn service day, he will trim my trees as well. While he was here a local neighbor stopped to inquire of his services. I really liked seeing that. This gentleman was very respectful of my property. No grass was in my pool or all over my fence. I loved that!! Thank you William! I look forward to working with you more. I was concerned because I had laid and rolled 10 Sq yards of topsoil in prep and didn't want it to wash away. While waiting I did a remeasure and needed 1350 ft. The lady scheduling said no problem. They showed up with 1200 Sq ft and the bottom few rows of the sod were crumbling to pieces. They made no effort to adjust any of the pieces and I figured their haste and shoddy effort was because they were trying to beat the rain. It did start as they were finishing. When I called to find out when the job would be finished the lady told me they preferred working in the rain as opposed to heat. She said they would be out the next day, then the day sfter that, then they had no sod. Two weeks later the job is not done and they no longer return calls. If you have a smaller job their commitment means nothing. I should have stopped payment on the check until the job they accepted was finished.
