The shower had really tough lime deposits on the floor and typical shower build-up. However, I had no interest in getting the shower ripped apart because I still liked my tile selection of more than 20 years ago! Thus, I decided to give All-Out Regrout & Stone Care a shot at it. I wished I had taken before and after pics, as I still cannot believe the difference. Greg and Collin are both superior in their craft and extraordinarily nice people--a perfect combo. Their work was impeccable. I am so happy with the results!

Her husband, Bill, came out to clean a very dirty white linen couch, and he did a fantastic job. He was here for a few hours and was such a pleasure to have in our home -- kind, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly someone who really knows his craft. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and taught me quite a bit along the way. While he was here, he also gave us quotes for a few daybeds and helped finish up some granite and quartz that had gotten a little damaged during our move, which was an unexpected bonus. Everything turned out beautifully, and the pricing was more than reasonable for the amount of time, care, and expertise involved. Sue and Bill are just genuinely lovely people, and I absolutely recommend Steam Boss.

After getting the runaround so much I decided to just do it myself. I was watching you tube videos on how to do this and found steam bosses video. I thought it was very helpful. I saw the machine steam boss uses for this process. So I called Home Depot and asked if they rent this equipment, the lady at Home Depot was short and not helpful. Then I re watched the steam boss video and noticed the palm trees in the background so I figured they were either in FL or SoCal. Turns out they were 30 mins away in Tarpon Springs FL. Not wanting to do this project myself, I called steam boss and they were extremely prompt and helpful. They did what they say they were gonna do and communicated with me the entire time. Also a good value. I would 1,000,000% use this company again! I know I have more terrazzo floor hidden under the existing tiles.

If you own a vacation rental, avoid this business at all costs! At first it was fine, they cleaned…read morethe home when scheduled, but then they asked me to share my Airbnb calendar, to make it "easier" for them to manage their schedule. HUGE mistake. Turns out the real reason they wanted to do this was so that they could avoid cleaning the home when it needed cleaning, as crazy as that sounds. I discovered that they had been doing this when a billing date didn't line up with the previous check out. They had left the home dirty for a WEEK, because they waited to clean it until a few hours before the next guest and there was no booking that week. Needless to say, this was a DISASTER waiting to happen - if a guest had booked a same-day check in on any day that week, they would have showed up to a dirty home. Incredibly, when I contacted Tampa Bay Spotless and (very politely) told them that the home needed to be cleaned on check out days to avoid this disastrous situation, they INSTANTLY responded "other Airbnb owners trained us to do it this way. We don't want to work with you" No even a single bit of discussion just an instant "You don't like your home being left dirty for a week at a time as a ticking time-bomb? We quit" Totally unprofessional, and obviously zero concern for your investment. Avoid at all cost.
