This is our 3rd time hiring Christopher for a project at our house. I wrote a review for his first…read moreproject but did not for the 2nd or most recent, so I'm including both of those here! Most recently, he came to reinstall our new LVP on our 2nd floor. We (mistakenly) hired a different company to install the LVP (I didn't know Christopher did LVP as well!) and that company installed it at an angle. It looked terrible! Christopher came and very carefully uninstalled the LVP and baseboards to save as many boards as possible. He cleaned up the subfloor and added self-leveler, feathering it out to make it correct. He reinstalled it beautifully - and straight! As expected, he was detailed oriented and put in extra time to make sure it was done right. He even straightened up an angled wall which was bowed to ensure the baseboard sat flush. I also included photos from the bathroom he did for us in early 2024. He laid floor tile, wall tile, shower floor tile, added a niche in the shower, installed the tub and tub faucet! It all looks perfect and is still in great shape 2 years later! Not only is Christopher the best at what he does but I also feel comfortable having him in our home, even if we are not there. He's keeps us updated on the project timeline and is always friendly!

We chose black grout and it's the widest grout lines I've ever seen. Also not one grout line is the same width. He got black grout all over our white ceiling and left it. Also got grout on every door knob is the house. Completely trashed my garage and left it. Had him come back 3 times to try and make the shower look better. And it's still an eye sore. And the icing on the cake is he pitched the floor wrong and the drain is too high. So we have to wipe up the water with a towel now. Gonna cost us over $6000 to tear out and build a new shower. Wish we had just called someone else to begin with.

They also did not caulk or grout top of baseboard tile and there is a gap where moisture can get in behind tile. I called them and they never responded to my call just threatened to put a lien on my house even though bill was paid in full.

Had steam boss out to grind and polish our terrazzo floors. After getting the runaround so much I decided to just do it myself. I was watching you tube videos on how to do this and found steam bosses video. I thought it was very helpful. I saw the machine steam boss uses for this process. So I called Home Depot and asked if they rent this equipment, the lady at Home Depot was short and not helpful. Then I re watched the steam boss video and noticed the palm trees in the background so I figured they were either in FL or SoCal. Turns out they were 30 mins away in Tarpon Springs FL. Not wanting to do this project myself, I called steam boss and they were extremely prompt and helpful. They did what they say they were gonna do and communicated with me the entire time. Also a good value. I would 1,000,000% use this company again! I know I have more terrazzo floor hidden under the existing tiles.

I've used them 2x on my entire apartment's carpeting, my family has used them to clean their furniture, and my friend who referred me to them, had all the tile in her house done by them. When speaking to them today while they were at my apt, I asked them if they knew anyone who they'd recommend to do my bathroom shower tile and you know what they told me....their son does that!!! Susan took photos with her phone and her son will be quoting me! Why do I love them? I'm so glad you asked...let me count the ways. 1 - If Susan doesn't pick up on the first ring when you call her, she calls you back immediately; extremely responsive and booking is super easy. 2 - When they say they're coming at their appt time, they ARE THERE! Not a rough estimate, not driving up, they are at your front door...impeccable!
