I chose a carpet Eric recommended with a color which would tie in with my current wood flooring. I also ordered an upgraded pad Eric suggested. A few days later installers arrived and got right to work removing old carpet and pad ensuring all the old material was discarded in the trash. Both installers are real pros and very polite and personable. They even vacuumed the newly installed carpet! When they left everything was spotless; the carpet looks gorgeous and the upgraded pad makes for an unusually comfortable feel on my feet. I couldn't be happier. They had an appointment for 10/24/19 from 3pm-5pm. I had several stains near the entryway, outside the kitchen, outside the bathroom, and a few spots in the bedroom. Unfortunately, they were all here before I moved in 10/13/18 so I wasn't sure what they were from. Generations Carpet Cleaning were able to remove all the stains! My carpet throughout my apartment looks brand new!! Also, the product they used doesn't have a terribly strong smell and actually smells good. Had steam boss out to grind and polish our terrazzo floors. After posting on FB asking for good…read morecompanies then calling, I never got a call back or was told the job was too small, they tell me to call so and so. After getting the runaround so much I decided to just do it myself. I was watching you tube videos on how to do this and found steam bosses video. I thought it was very helpful. I saw the machine steam boss uses for this process. So I called Home Depot and asked if they rent this equipment, the lady at Home Depot was short and not helpful. Then I re watched the steam boss video and noticed the palm trees in the background so I figured they were either in FL or SoCal. Turns out they were 30 mins away in Tarpon Springs FL. Not wanting to do this project myself, I called steam boss and they were extremely prompt and helpful. They did what they say they were gonna do and communicated with me the entire time. Also a good value. I would 1,000,000% use this company again! I know I have more terrazzo floor hidden under the existing tiles.
