We had such a great experience with Steam Boss from start to finish. Sue was incredibly sweet and kind on the phone and made booking our upholstery cleaning so easy. Her husband, Bill, came out to clean a very dirty white linen couch, and he did a fantastic job. He was here for a few hours and was such a pleasure to have in our home -- kind, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly someone who really knows his craft. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and taught me quite a bit along the way. While he was here, he also gave us quotes for a few daybeds and helped finish up some granite and quartz that had gotten a little damaged during our move, which was an unexpected bonus. Everything turned out beautifully, and the pricing was more than reasonable for the amount of time, care, and expertise involved. Sue and Bill are just genuinely lovely people, and I absolutely recommend Steam Boss. read more

Had steam boss out to grind and polish our terrazzo floors. After posting on FB asking for good companies then calling, I never got a call back or was told the job was too small, they tell me to call so and so. After getting the runaround so much I decided to just do it myself. I was watching you tube videos on how to do this and found steam bosses video. I thought it was very helpful. I saw the machine steam boss uses for this process. So I called Home Depot and asked if they rent this equipment, the lady at Home Depot was short and not helpful. Then I re watched the steam boss video and noticed the palm trees in the background so I figured they were either in FL or SoCal. Turns out they were 30 mins away in Tarpon Springs FL. Not wanting to do this project myself, I called steam boss and they were extremely prompt and helpful. They did what they say they were gonna do and communicated with me the entire time. Also a good value. I would 1,000,000% use this company again! I know I have more terrazzo floor hidden under the existing tiles. read more

This is probably one of my fave reviews! I don't even know where to start with Bill & Susan (owners)!! This is my 2nd time using them and I just cannot rave about them or refer them enough. I've used them 2x on my entire apartment's carpeting, my family has used them to clean their furniture, and my friend who referred me to them, had all the tile in her house done by them. When speaking to them today while they were at my apt, I asked them if they knew anyone who they'd recommend to do my bathroom shower tile and you know what they told me....their son does that!!! Susan took photos with her phone and her son will be quoting me! Why do I love them? I'm so glad you asked...let me count the ways. 1 - If Susan doesn't pick up on the first ring when you call her, she calls you back immediately; extremely responsive and booking is super easy. 2 - When they say they're coming at their appt time, they ARE THERE! Not a rough estimate, not driving up, they are at your front door...impeccable! (If only the cable company service dept could follow in their footsteps?!?!??!) lol.. 3 - They are priced excellent for the type of service you are getting. 4 - They are so personable, kind, and I consider them family at this point. 5 - The quality of my carpet AFTER they were completed today is just WOW! I can't say enough. Call them! Call them! Call them! I promise you, they are BEST in the business! read more

So we had a different national service steam clean our tile floors last year and had to have them done again. We saw Steam Boss working in another condo and asked them to give us an estimate. We had them come to clean the floors and showers, and they did a fantastic job. Our home was spotless in no time. Our technicians were respectful, kind, and very professional. We will have Steam Boss return and highly recommend this family business. Thank you. read more

Wow I have grown to expect less from every service but these people were GREAT, from Sue Pennington providing a quote, to the final exit. They rapidly provided a phone/email quote, then used technology to confirm our scheduled appointment, as well as phone calls the day of. Didn't ask just wore a mask (COVID). Used a tool that could detect the amount of urine in the carpet and adjust just the right amount of treatment, soas not to overcharge. Worked quickly and efficiently. I was educated on the life of carpets and pets' impact. Again technology was great to close out with the invoice, email a receipt. Home was left smelling great and carpets fluffed and puffed. Magnetics left for refrigerator to help incoming tenants know who to go to! I'd definitely recommend this family run business. They CARE. read more

I can't stress enough how very pleased I am with the carpet cleaning I received today! Bill was running early, so he called me to see if he could come by. Absolutely! And he was so kind! He explained so many things to me about carpet types, carpet care, and upholstery cleaning. Super friendly guy! And when the cleaning was done, my whole home smelled so good! The carpets look fantastic! Even my old Berber carpet in my bedroom looks great. They will definitely be coming back in six months. And I will be recommending them to everyone! I love supporting small family-owned businesses, and so glad to have called Steam Boss for my carpet cleaning. Call them today! read more

We are prepping to sell our house and needed it spotless. There were rust stains, grease stains, and pet/urine stains they had to work with it. When all said and done, Steam Boss got them ALL out!! Not only were they successful in getting out the stains, they were professional and courteous, respectful of our house, and very reasonably priced. read more

Steam Boss did an outstanding job on our villa carpets several days ago. It had been several years since the last cleaning, and the carpet looks so much cleaner/revived now, it's incredible! Bill and Steve were so kind and answered all of our questions, plus were very patient and accommodating when it came to helping move some furniture around. They even did the front porch carpet for free! I highly recommend them if you're looking for an experienced and thorough carpet cleaning service. read more
