Entire house is ceramic tile/grout and needed cleaning a year after Helene and construction. My house got 4 ft sea & sewer water from storm. Grout was dark gray (forgot to take before pics) and now it's the best it's looked in years not to mention I know it's sanitary. Also was less expensive than 4 other quotes. I highly recommend!

I wanted to keep it local and searched on Yelp. I found this service, called and had an in person visit with Jessica. She's the owner and started her business around a pandemic. She's done extensive research and is extremely customer experience focused. Thank goodness!! I've used them twice and really enjoy my experience. I'm a fairly neat person but I don't like doing the deep clean. She did not try to convince me my 3 bedroom (only 2 rooms used) required 4-5 hours of clean like the previous company. She's realistic and said, I think it's 2-3 hours tops and charged me accordingly. They also offer deep cleans for extra and said it's up to me but maybe only 4-6 months would be needed. Again, an honest business owner. I hope all my cleans will continue to be great as so far, this is the most honest and professional local cleaning service I've worked with. This is my 3rd after relocating here. Will keep you posted as we have more cleans under our belt but so far, I'm very pleased and happy to support a local, female owned business. Thanks Jessica!

Well: we used these folks for a few months but no more. Came to the mutual conclusion that Ms…read moreJessica and friends are no longer the cleaning company for us. Why? I'll get into that by saying that Jessica herself is a monument to efficiency, courtesy and politeness. Also, her dear sister and mother are among her employees, and when any of these three came here, a great job was performed. However, when none of them were here, corners became cut. I addressed them as appropriate...however after a few times of such sloppiness in a row, we had had it. Do I recommend this company? In order to answer fairly, I'd preface it by stating "yes" if and ONLY if Jessica or her immediate family members as stated show up. However, of course, there's no guarantee. Since many of her maid brigade are very young women (early 20's mainly), I'd expect quite little. As many such young people, these girls are way too typical of Generation Z. Sigh!

WARNING -- My Experience With FG7 Cleaning LLC Tampa…read more I'm sharing my experience to help other landlords & property owners make an informed decision before hiring FG7 Cleaning LLC. I hired FG7 Cleaning LLC to perform a move-out cleaning at my rental property. Unfortunately, I was unable to personally inspect the property immediately after the cleaning was completed. I was sent photos of the finished job, & based on those photos, I believed the property had been properly cleaned & was ready for my tenant. 3 days later, my tenant moved in & contacted me about the condition of the property. She sent me photos showing that the home had not been cleaned to the standard I expected from a professional move-out cleaning. I will include those photos with this review so others can see the condition for themselves. EDIT* FG7 Cleaning LLC did offer to come back & make things right but their guaranteed time period was for only 48 hours & that time had passed since my tenant didn't move in till a day after that time. A $25 credit was offered but the offer wasnt agreeable to the condition the home was left in. FG7 had such a late response to my complaint & concerns, my tenant had already moved in & understandably, could not wait & chose to hire another company to properly clean the property. Additionally she did not want to deal with this same company. My biggest takeaway: Do not rely solely on the photos provided by the cleaners. Personally inspect the property before considering the job complete. Unfortunately I was already 500 miles away. I'm posting this review not to be unfair to the company, but to share my actual experience & warn other property owners & landlords who may be considering them for a move-out cleaning. Based on this experience, I would not use FG7 Cleaning LLC again for a move-out cleaning. Photos provided by my tenant are included below.
