Well: we used these folks for a few months but no more. Came to the mutual conclusion that Ms Jessica and friends are no longer the cleaning company for us. Why? I'll get into that by saying that Jessica herself is a monument to efficiency, courtesy and politeness. Also, her dear sister and mother are among her employees, and when any of these three came here, a great job was performed. However, when none of them were here, corners became cut. I addressed them as appropriate...however after a few times of such sloppiness in a row, we had had it. Do I recommend this company? In order to answer fairly, I'd preface it by stating "yes" if and ONLY if Jessica or her immediate family members as stated show up. However, of course, there's no guarantee. Since many of her maid brigade are very young women (early 20's mainly), I'd expect quite little. As many such young people, these girls are way too typical of Generation Z. Sigh! read more

I've been staying in my parents condo in Indian Shores for about two months. Now the time has come for me to go home and my folks to come to FL for the winter. Truthfully, I hate to clean. I use a cleaning service at my own home and frankly I'm just not that good at cleaning. Knowing this, I wanted to find a local service that I could contact to come clean the condo so I could welcome my parents home to a clean place as well as thank them for letting me use it. I found Suzie Q's here on Yelp. It was easy to set up an appointment with them. When they came over, the ladies did a great job cleaning. Their price was fair and I was very satisfied with the service. I absolutely recommend Suzie Q's and would certainly use them again. read more

Another great Yelp find. Contacted them via telephone and left a message. Jessica contacted me back the next day and proceeded to get my information. I was looking to get a deep cleaning done within three days and she was able to accommodate by scheduling a tentative time for the Friday of that week. Jessica emailed me a quote so that I was fully aware of the cost estimate as well as the services that are included and what is not included or available for an add-on charge. The cleaning crew arrived right on time and got right to work. They were extremely pleasant and took COVID precautions by wearing masks. They also wore shoe coverings as well. A team of three were able to complete a deep cleaning of a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome in about 2 hours and right in line with what was quoted. I did ask about cleaning a three-door sliding patio door set (glass inside and outside) and initially I was told that that was an extra charge, but that it shouldn't be an issue since they had plenty of time to do it. They did in fact clean the glass doors and they came out amazing. I did have a slight issue with an electric razor accessory in the master bathroom that was likely discarded by accident during the cleaning. I emailed Jessica about it and she extended an offer to make it right, which was really appreciated. Definitely a great company and I would consider using them again perhaps even on a regular basis. read more

I was using a local Dunedin cleaner. They were initially good but after inconsistent cleans, constant schedule changes and not being flexible with my schedule, I decided to pursue other options. I wanted to keep it local and searched on Yelp. I found this service, called and had an in person visit with Jessica. She's the owner and started her business around a pandemic. She's done extensive research and is extremely customer experience focused. Thank goodness!! I've used them twice and really enjoy my experience. I'm a fairly neat person but I don't like doing the deep clean. She did not try to convince me my 3 bedroom (only 2 rooms used) required 4-5 hours of clean like the previous company. She's realistic and said, I think it's 2-3 hours tops and charged me accordingly. They also offer deep cleans for extra and said it's up to me but maybe only 4-6 months would be needed. Again, an honest business owner. I hope all my cleans will continue to be great as so far, this is the most honest and professional local cleaning service I've worked with. This is my 3rd after relocating here. Will keep you posted as we have more cleans under our belt but so far, I'm very pleased and happy to support a local, female owned business. I've contacted this company several times via Yelp for a quote and have received no response whatsoever.

The first service was good and it went down hill after that visit. We were concerned before hiring them, because the cost was over twice of the previous service we had, but by the reviews I read it was worth the try. Not sure why they earned the reviews they received, because of the consistent lack of detail. The positive thing I can say is the communication and timeliness was great. We pointed out the areas that have been missed every time today, and I found so many more places missed today. We keep a clean house, so when an area is missed it is very evident to us. Less than two hours with one person for $145 a visit and we point out the rooms she can skip because they weren't used, and you can see all the areas missed when you get home. Today wasn't the regular person we have had, but it was so lacking it was easy to cancel. read more

The staff at this business should teach a course on how to lose a client before they have even booked a job. Two days passed before anyone responded (via text) to my request for an estimate - and it was only to inform me they were booked solid for the next two weeks. I asked again for an estimate and she assured me someone would get back to me with it ASAP. A staff member did reach out to me later that day, but only to reiterate once again that they had no availability for two weeks. Yes, I understood that the first time I was told. They didn't give me an estimate, despite me indicating on the Yelp inquiry form that I needed repeat cleaning done every two weeks. That was Friday. I followed up today via text and she told me they did respond to me already, on Yelp. I told her that they still hadn't provided me with an estimate and she responded, we need more information. First, why didn't anyone tell me that on Friday? I made it clear, when I requested the estimate originally, that this wasn't a one-time deal. So, even if they were booked solid for the next two weeks, they still should've given me an estimate. And if they needed more information from me to provide it, they should've let me know on Friday. Furthermore, it took them a full two days to respond at all. Clearly, this company feels they don't need to treat potential clients well because they already have a great deal of business. They just can't be bothered to treat them with respect and courtesy. Well, they should know that when I called some of their competitors, those businesses are booked out, as well. It's not that this particular company is sought after. Fortunately, their competitors were MUCH more responsive and they treated me well. So, I booked an appointment with one of those companies. I'd be wary of booking this business for your cleaning needs. If they can't be bothered to care when they have a new prospect on the line, how well do you think they're going to treat you? read more

This company did a great job cleaning our house when we moved out. They were very professional and wore masks due to COVID. I would highly recommend them. We had an old bathtub that was impossible to scrub, yet they were able to make it look great. The moving company actually didn't show up and this company was able to work around all the furniture and moving boxes. Will definitely use again. read more

Jessica and her professional team are wonderful! I have never hired a cleaning service before but Jessica put me at ease as we went over the type of cleaning I needed. We went for a deep clean and my apartments has never looked so good. I take care of my mother who is elderly and disabled as am I and we haven't been able to clean properly in a year. We had a friend who did come help but she herself got sick. So I had no choice to hire someone. I know I made the right choice. The team was professional, friendly, asked me if there were any specific areas I wanted worked on more then others. They really went to work and got my place back in shape. FABULOUS! The entire experience is a breeze. Jessica manages inquiries, scheduling, and billing, and she is an excellent communicator! She's friendly, responds quickly, and is very knowledgeable about the service. I told her we have original wood floors (about 100 years old) that needed some TLC, and she shared, in detail, how they could help the floors. She sent a text reminder the day before, and also a text the morning of to let us know they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come early. Again, amazing communication and customer service! Susan and Tina sealed the deal with their excellent cleaning!! Our condo has never looked so good. The floors are shiny again and you can feel that they're not as dry. They had such attention to detail and care with our belongings. It wasn't just a "clear area clean;" they moved things around on counters and shelves to wipe items down and to get behind everything. Also, for any pet owners out there, we have two kittens. We offered to put the kittens in another room, but they said to keep them out and that they would keep an eye on them so they wouldn't get into any cleaning supplies. The kittens followed them around the whole time they were here and by the end Tina wanted to take one home ;) Anyway, we are SO pleased.
