Instead, the crew left without doing the walkthrough, and when I checked their work, I found dust, dirty baseboards, and untouched areas all over my home. I sent Nolan multiple photos and videos as proof, but instead of taking responsibility or sending another team to fix it, he became defensive and threatened me with "further action" to collect full payment for a job that wasn't properly done. I refused to pay the full $300 invoice and instead offered to pay $150, which was more than reasonable. Nolan ignored my request for a revised invoice and instead attempted to intimidate me. If you're looking for a reliable, professional cleaning service, avoid this company. They do not stand behind their work, and their handling of customer concerns is completely unacceptable. Response to Nolan's Comment Below: This response from Nolan is yet another misrepresentation of the facts and a clear attempt to shift blame. 1. False Accusations of Yelling & Cussing: I never yelled or cussed at his team. In fact, my interaction with them was pleasant. One of the cleaners even complimented my hair, and we had a friendly conversation before they suddenly left without notifying me--because Nolan told them to. If necessary, these two women can testify under oath that I never raised my voice or acted inappropriately toward them. 2. Incorrect Pricing Claims: Nolan is lying about quoting $450. Nowhere in our email correspondence does that amount appear. This is yet another example of his willingness to be dishonest when faced with legitimate complaints. 3. Failure to Acknowledge Poor Work: I provided dozens of photos and videos proving that basic cleaning--such as wiping down countertops--was not done. In several videos, I physically wiped surfaces and showed the thick layer of dust that remained. By the end of the recordings, my pants were visibly covered in dust from simply brushing against areas that were supposed to have been cleaned. Nolan has never once acknowledged the validity of these concerns. 4. Misrepresentation of Service Agreement: Before hiring his company, I sent multiple emails clearly listing the cleaning tasks I needed. Nolan confirmed these would be completed within the timeframe I booked. If he knew his team couldn't fulfill what I requested, that should have been communicated upfront. Instead, he took the job, failed to deliver, and is now resorting to lies to cover his tracks.
