Scam not a "business". Worst "service" I have ever hired. 0 stars, I would never recommend. Reached out to owner Joseph who did not care and over charged my card on file. Do not trust them, it's a scam. Update after Joe's response: Just read it to see what kind of business youre dealing with. Doesn't stand behind his work or value his customers. Thanks for proving my point with your response Joe. I will adding photos with furniture that were taken one day before cleaning of my "poor condition" home as described by Joe. To be clear Joe, my home was completely emptied with brand new floors and base boards as well as pre-cleaned by me! Far from poor condition. Next time, stand by your cleaners and see for yourself While they close the door and sit down on their phones then cry they need more time! As far as products, your cleaner sent me to Walmart to buy her dawn soap! I was quoted for 4 hours. After 2 hours, they cried the needed more time. I said I would pay for the additional time. You assured me everything would be complete and the kitchen would be perfect. They left piles of dirt in the kitchen that weren't there to begin with. Joe are you aware I mopped the kitchen while your girls cleaned the bedroom? Why did I come home to piles of dirt? The oven was untouched. My blinds were broken. I will also be adding photos of the mess left behind! After multiple attempts we were finally able to get in touch with Joesph Nelson to discuss the incomplete work and mess left behind hoping to come to an agreement on the unsatisfactory work done. More than willing to pay but felt we should only have to pay for the amount of work completed. Joseph Nelson, the owner, was unwilling to help in anyway and instead threatened to put a lien on our home if we weren't willing to pay the full amount then proceeded to charge my card.

They were very friendly as well. Juan, who scheduled the service for me was also fantastic to work with. Can't say enough good things. I absolutely recommend this Molly Maids team! Claimed it was going to be deep. Was a once over. dusted/ kind of vacuumed. I pointed out areas to go behind and that didn't happen can see in the photos. Simple stuff like empty trash cans in bathrooms didnt happen. Still finding missed stuff. I was on a call when the "finished" and basically hustled out before I could fully look around. As for the process. They Sea Turtle ph# doesn't work. They only chat thru Yelp. I asked for Phone calls and only got Elaine who said she was just the cleaner not the manager. Would not give me the manager ph#. I sent Elaine the photos of what was missed and she never replied. Not even a sorry we missed that. I kept asking for a phone call via the yelp chat to discuss but they they won't call. I would not have posted a review if they would of called like people who care about their business. Big scam. Do not use. $180 for 2 people for 1.5hr is way too much for a 80% empty 2 bed condo, especially when the they didn't do a good job. Mad I fell for the scam but needed a cleaning done fast. They left blue tape on the new appliances; the inside of the cabinets were NOT wiped down; there was construction debris left on the bathroom shower floor; and the countertops were sticky and not cleaned very well. The only difference I can think of between her experience and ours was that my wife and I were present for the entire time both cleanings were done. In this case my granddaughter was not present the whole time and had to leave for an appointment. Sadly, as a result of this experience I would not recommend Edla's Cleaning Services unless you stayed and were present while the cleaning was performed or reinspected your place before the cleaners left. One more point I would like to make is that her mother, my daughter owns three real estate franchises and who knows how much additional business Edla Cleaning Services would have received from my daughter's recommendations if her cleaning ladies did the same quality job they did for us!
