They quickly went to work and not only did everything that I asked, but did it very well. This was a one time cleaning job, after remodeling. Scam not a "business". Messes were left everywhere, unfinished work, didn't have their own…read moresupplies, sat on their phones then claimed we had to pay more to for them to finish the home, piles of dirt were left that weren't there to begin with, and they broke my blinds. Worst "service" I have ever hired. 0 stars, I would never recommend. Reached out to owner Joseph who did not care and over charged my card on file. Do not trust them, it's a scam. Update after Joe's response: Just read it to see what kind of business youre dealing with. Doesn't stand behind his work or value his customers. Thanks for proving my point with your response Joe. I will adding photos with furniture that were taken one day before cleaning of my "poor condition" home as described by Joe. To be clear Joe, my home was completely emptied with brand new floors and base boards as well as pre-cleaned by me! Far from poor condition. Next time, stand by your cleaners and see for yourself While they close the door and sit down on their phones then cry they need more time! As far as products, your cleaner sent me to Walmart to buy her dawn soap! I was quoted for 4 hours. After 2 hours, they cried the needed more time. I said I would pay for the additional time. You assured me everything would be complete and the kitchen would be perfect. They left piles of dirt in the kitchen that weren't there to begin with. Joe are you aware I mopped the kitchen while your girls cleaned the bedroom? Why did I come home to piles of dirt? The oven was untouched. My blinds were broken. I will also be adding photos of the mess left behind! After multiple attempts we were finally able to get in touch with Joesph Nelson to discuss the incomplete work and mess left behind hoping to come to an agreement on the unsatisfactory work done. More than willing to pay but felt we should only have to pay for the amount of work completed. Joseph Nelson, the owner, was unwilling to help in anyway and instead threatened to put a lien on our home if we weren't willing to pay the full amount then proceeded to charge my card.
