Very rare do you come across a service company, especially a small, boutique style business model,…read morepersonally owned, that is quick with response and communications. While these times in Covid has served many challenges for all, the service industry in all its forms was not "immune" pun intended, to the piling frustrations we have all experienced during Covid. Donna, who is owner of her company, is nothing short of great and transparent communication. Due to covid, she has lost staff, many that chose to collect unemployment instead, so she is a one WonderWoman show right now with another reliable colleague serving her communities homes as best they can, and quickly as they can. While she has a long waitlist, I feel she is worth it based on her professionalism and down to earth candor, with a genuine interest in helping you and your needs at home. So refreshing that people like this DO EXIST out there! Thank you Donna!

I certainly don't want sick people in my house. So I reached out to reschedule and ask a question about them being able to access a free app that will allow them into my building if I'm not there. Never got a response. Mainly this is just a lack of response time and lack of customer service, which to me is as important as the cleaning. Disappointed but did find another cleaning service who provided not only excellent cleaning but excellent customer service.
