Junk King was amazing! I spoke to them around 8am and they were at my house same day by 1:30pm. Staff that arrived on site was very friendly and professional and wasn't afraid of my dog even though I put him up on arrival. They asked to bring him out for a meet and greet which was super nice. I would hire them again! Very affordable. read more

Sarasota Garage partial cleanout: Fast competitive quote, professional, personable service done the same day. I'll use them again!

We called them to remove some heavy items for family members. We had limited time in the area and were worried about getting this done in the short window we had available. They made it work! From the person who made the appointment for us to the guys who did the estimate and removal, everyone was pleasant and professional. I thought the price was fair for what they did. They made a stressful day better for us. read more

I recently moved into the area and have an abundance of plastic and cardboard boxes that need to be removed from my garage after unpacking. I arranged to have a pick up between 12 and two on a Saturday afternoon the day previous. I made the arrangements through the yelp chat system. We were all confirmed and good to go. Saturday morning comes along I have everything ready to be picked up I wait from 12 to 2 with my garage door open eagerly anticipating helping hands to kindly remove the trash from my yard. I'm ready to pay and have a generous to prepared. No one arrives. I wait until 2 PM thinking I must be patient. But no one arrives. So I message and ask if they will still be coming today. I get multiple messages back-and-forth before I decide to call. I am bounced from one apartment to another to another. Finally I get to the right person and they tell me that they have no idea what's going on. They told me they'll call me back in a little while. I wait a few minutes and I receive a callback. Apparently they were overbooked and the trucks were so full that they would be unable to pick up any more trash before the local dump closes. Meaning that they would be unable to service my appointment today. The next day they will be available is on Monday. This is not convenient to me whatsoever. This is not helpful to me. I have this weekend to finish the cleaning I want to get done around the house before I have to start another work week. The miscommunication between employees and various departments with the drivers and the fact that they made an appointment with me when they were already fully booked for the day made this an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Would not recommend 0 out of 10. read more

Everything was perfect about working with this company. Our condo association needed to clear an old irrigation pump station of pipes, tanks, and debris. Scheduling an estimate online was easy and their confirmation came within minutes by email. When we asked to reschedule because of a tropical storm, they were happy to accommodate us. They arrived on time, underbid our other bidders, and went right to work. The workers were personable, easy to work with, and fast. We couldn't have asked for a more professional company, from the schedulers to the owner, and especially the men on the job. I recommend them highly and will use them for any other jobs. read more
