They broke my flatscreen and only want to give me $150! The 3 workers were arguing loudly in our house and outside at our new neighborhood! We had to tell them twice to knock it off! They damaged 2 entryway exterior doors and multiple areas in the stairway. They didn't finish putting together one of the bedroom sets. Unfortunately, my very disorganized mover from Alabama made it impossible for me to use Doug's. I am writing this review because of Doug's flexibility, professionalism and wonderful communication. In the run up to the move, I contacted Doug's to book a team to get the tank off the truck. I was immediately contacted by Doug's with a confirmation of availability and the price. I was even given a cell phone to keep in touch on delivery day. As my Alabama mover got further and further behind schedule, I kept Doug's in the loop and they were able to adjust their team and promised me availability Until my Alabama mover made it impossible for Doug's to hold the team. The delivery window went from 2 to 8 to 12 hours late. Consequently, while I was unable to use Doug's, I would have no hesitation in contacting Doug's should the need ever arise again. The constant communication and adjustment to accommodate my disorganized Alabama mover was incredible. I hope I have the opportunity to use Doug's in the future.
