Working with Manasota Movers was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. When I reached out to get an estimate, I was well-received and every question was answered with patience. I appreciated that once we were ready to proceed everything was sent over promptly and electronically. On move day, a member of the crew called when they were en route, and they arrived promptly at 8am. Prince, Pole and Ted arrived and assessed the items to be moved, let me know what process would be, and moved everything quickly and carefully. They wrapped all of the furniture in moving blankets and wrap, and the TVs in moving blankets, cardboard, and wrap. Prior to wrapping the TVs, we checked that all were working, and once we arrived, we checked again. They disassembled and reassembled the furniture with care and precision, and placed it for us, as well. It was great to deal with such professionals, who were efficient, courteous, and friendly. Michael and his crew, ( Munir and Selma ) were fantastic! I had many issues with the title company that caused several delays but Manasota Movers assured me that they were ready and available to accommodate me. And they did! His crew were with us both days for the packing and unpacking. Selma and Munir were very patient and reassuring when I started getting anxious about the amount of boxes that we needed to move from a big house to a condo. They were both professional, respectful ( to us and our property), on time, and very experienced in all aspects of the move. For a crew of only 2 they had the efficiency of a whole team! We hired Manasota Movers on short notice. They provided a very reasonable quote that was half of what some of their competitors were quoting. They only required a small deposit. They charged hourly and quoted 4 hours to move two very full 10x8 storage lockers full of furniture. A three-member crew arrived on time. They were courteous, prepared, and worked quickly but with care. In addition to being professional, they were also just delightful people. They finished the job early, charged us less than was quoted (they took about 3 hours instead of 4), and they even setup a bed and helped install a beverage refrigerator. There was no damage and there were some very large and heavy pieces. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. I was renting a house and the owner needed to sell the house due to health issues. So I had only a short time to find another home and move. This was by far the best experience we have ever had moving. We have moved 7 times. I give them the highest possible rating. Office was great ,knowledgeable and polite.
