Response time to my inquiry and subsequent communication was great-and they actually contacted me the night before reminding me of the time they'd meet me and yep, they were on time. So far I have used them 3 times; house to storage and condo (which had stairs!), then condo to house, and finally storage to house. If you want peace of mind with your move, this is the team to use. I really wouldn't even consider using anybody else and I could not be more pleased-they get my highest recommendation!
