I was actually pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their rates are. No surprises-they tell you up front what they charge and give you an estimate. Packers were very efficient and fast however they didn't heed big red signs on cabinets not to pack those contents which needed to stay with the house. Many hassles for me and considerable time waste as former house went on market and I was busy moving into new home. So far, have discovered 1 piece of art with broken glass. Sent in photo as directed. Have now called twice and told they would get back to me but nothing. Not horrible but not a stellar experience either.
