I accepted a proposal from Heights Aluminum in March 2025 to have my sliding door repaired. I was…read moretold it would be about six weeks for installation. I have text messages confirming the order. It's now been six weeks and Heights says they no longer do that work despite their prior promises. They claim they had no way to know I had been promised this since they fired the employee who represented them. Evidently they do not keep records or adequately manage their employees since no one advised me my order was not going to be fulfilled and the installation was not going to take place. Terrible experience. They dropped the ball and take no responsibility.

I used Heights Aluminum to repair Ian damages and also to add a gutter on the back of my house. The…read morecrew was friendly; however, there were drips where the gutter pieces connected, and the issue was not resolved after a couple of follow up visits. It was also determined by the project manager last year that a gutter at the front entry needed lowered which he said he would schedule. I made a follow up call after not hearing from them for a couple months, and he promised again to schedule. It's approaching a year and still no contact. I found another company to resolve my issues. I do not like to leave this type of review but felt my experience should be shared.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. I hired Daniel with OnPoint…read morePower Washing, LLC expecting professional work but instead, he ruined my home. Daniel used harsh chemicals on delicate surfaces, which caused extensive and expensive damage. The paint was stripped off my front door, my keyless entry system and one of my cameras were destroyed, and several plants and palms were killed. Even worse, there is now visible discoloration and damage to the paint on the siding around my entire home, areas that were in perfect condition before. When I brought these issues to his attention, Daniel reimbursed me for the door lock and camera, but he has refused to take responsibility for the widespread paint damage. What should have been a routine cleaning has turned into a stressful, costly ordeal. I'm now forced to hire other professionals to repair the damage he left behind. If you value your home and want peace of mind, I strongly advise against using this company. The work was unprofessional, the results were careless, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable.

I approached one of the guys and just asked him to look at where the debris landed on my property. It was PILES of old pines covering everything. It was a big mess. They both agreed that this was a mess and that it was their job to correct it. They APOLOGIZED!These two young men were so polite and accommodating, I was disarmed. They assured me that they would clean the whole thing up. And you know what? THEY DID! Happily! They jumped right in and grabbed all the debris and bagged it and it weighed a ton! They were proud of the work they did. What impressed me most is that I truly felt that it was as important to THEM as it was to ME that the job was done right. They checked with me several times to see that it was ok and DID I SEE ANYTHING ELSE THEY COULD DO ? Thank You so much J and T for turning a potentially bad situation into a very pleasant experience!

He was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. We got 3 quotes and, even though, Bob was about $100 higher than the others, we felt most comfortable with him and his presentation. The shop is about 2 weeks out but we got a call a few days later and Bob wanted to know how the weather was at our house. We had blue skies so they asked if they could do our gutters. Definitely! They had a job scheduled but there was rain there. They arrived, set up and started making the custom seamless gutters. It was amazing to see. They make it the entire length they need so there are no seams for leaks. They finished the job in one day. The gutters look great, too. We only had a spot where water got through behind the gutter. Delfino came out and fixed it quickly. We have such heavy rains getting close to 4 inches one day so gutters are essential to keep the ground around the house dry. These gutters did the trick. I recommend and definitely would have Gutter Solutions do another job we needed. They are professional, fast and good!
