My move was complex with multiple stops, and the movers were able to add pieces of furniture to the move that they weren't anticipating needing to move, stop and gather multiple items from 2 storage units, and my condo, and move everything safely and neatly to my new home. The 3 guys who actually did the move were experienced movers - I could simply tell by watching them how they prepared the items, handle the furniture and large and small items. Also, by looking at the inside the truck - how they packed things for easy retrieval, were a good sign. They are very careful not to break things but at the same time, move things quickly to get the job down within the initial quote.
