Aaron and John did a great job--they were polite, on time, and efficient. We've used Master Movers multiple times, and Rebecca has always taken great care of us, including accommodating a same-day move to relocate my office. That said, this particular experience lacked the polish we've come to expect. I felt uncomfortable being pressured to write and post a Yelp review before being signed out, even after I explicitly stated that I did not want to. One individual went as far as taking my phone to post a review and using their personal email on another platform. There were also a few unprofessional moments that made the experience feel awkward. I still like and trust Master Movers and believe this was an atypical situation. Rebecca acknowledged my concerns and let me know they were being addressed with leadership. Too Many Broken and Missing Items Master Movers was recommended to us by another company that was handling the overall cross-country move and downsizing for my mother. It was my hope to make this as stress free for my mom, but we are still talking about and dealing with the repercussions of our business arrangement with Master Movers. There was so much damage to the items that the list of undamaged items was actually shorter. Broken vases, crystals, ceramics, gouged picture frames of original art, severely gouged redwood lamp, etc. Just revisiting this for this review is stressful. Various sentimental items never arrived (the glass engraved plaque for when my mom became a wine judge, special embroidered pillows I gave her as gifts, etc). I could never recommend them in good faith to others. read more

Our moving consultant Erik Cairo, was super. We had to change our moving date at very short notice, but he made it happen. They arrived on time, led by Brandon Forde. He quickly did a room by room review, met with our 2 loaders, and immediately got to work. Took great care of our many antiques (including the jukebox) and wrapped them himself. We were the only load on the truck, which made it easy when they arrived in Tennessee. Brandon drove the truck, and again, met with 2 new loaders, and got to to work, The loaders on both ends were congenial, polite, and extremely hard working. Hats off to Brendan as he should be commended for a terrific job. Moving is one of the most stressful events and Master Movers certainly helped to make it easier. read more

Received two well marketed Master Movers mailings and read great reviews. We are now ready to interview movers for July move. This is 3rd company chosen to interview and I ripped up their marketing after speaking to a young woman who made me repeat info 3 times and asked too many questions. A lot more than 2 reputable companies that were recommended or used prior. Told her I was ending conversation and to tell Chad this process of too many questions is too tedious to finally get to the point of booking an appointment. Would highly recommend the team at Master Movers! *This review is for my parents who don't have Yelp* My parents were making a move from their home of 10+ years to a condo and were looking to use movers for the first time (my recommendation). I wanted to make sure they were well taken care of as I live in another state. The team was immediately responsive to my moms inquiry and presented a very reasonable quote. My parents made a change in the moving logistics and Master Movers was able to adjust the plan and pricing. They arrived on time and did a walk though of the house to make sure everything was accounted for and any special instructions were discussed. The team did an excellent job of wrapping the furniture and any breakables. For delivery, the team placed furniture in the desired room and boxes to where they directed. I'd like to write an update on my Master Movers review of several months ago. We finally moved into our new home in Nassau Cty Fl. So all of our stuff came out of storage. I will say that while I had my doubts everything arrived and we had only a little bit of damage to our dining table. (Nothing a furniture repair stick couldn't fix.) I still think their salesman over promised. I can recommend them for local moves (one house to the next) but I would be very specific with them on a two step, non-local move. read more

If I could give these folks zero star I would. Back in June they packed our home in Sarasota to be moved to a storage facility in Fernandina Beach. Well it was a nightmare. I suspected we were in trouble when I got to Fernandina Beach and they had hired two local guys who knew nothing about packing/unpacking furniture. Today we went to the storage bin to find that they so mismanaged the packing that they ruined a beautiful Queen HeadBoard and scratched up our outdoor furniture. We won't know the extent of the damage until we fully unpack it in our new home in a few months. My take its that I may have to replace a number of pieces. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPE!!! read more

We hired Master Movers, for our move within Florida, they were very responsive after calling for an estimate. They confirmed many times and updated our estimate accordingly. The guys showed up and handled all the furniture with care, made sure everything was wrapped and they took care when moving the furniture about the house and into the their truck. These guys were fantastic. Aaron and his team showed up on time ready to work. Each one of the five of them were professional, polite, friendly, helpful, and obviously skilled at what they were doing. They carefully wrapped and prepared every piece of my furniture and belongings. I have moved many times in my life, but rarely do I see movers that do as well as these guys did. Although I only moved a few miles away, they still took every precaution as if they were moving me 3000 miles. When they got to my new residence, they carefully placed everything where we told them to. They were kind enough to help us rearrange furniture and move things as we requested... not in their job description of Movers, but they did it as favors. Not one nick on a wall. Not one scratch on a wall. Not one ding on the woodwork. They were so careful and took their time going through each and every doorway. Steve and Ray called when expected to let us know they were on their way. Once they arrived, they asked for a summary of what had to moved and quickly got started. We didn't move any household furniture but had over 40 boxes, lanai furniture and garage items (bikes, racks, pool toys, etc). They took great care with all items. They were able to move everything into our 15 x 9 storage unit, all professionally stacked and the job well done. Incredible service. So professional, careful and detailed. The movers worked fast but cautiously. I have never been so impressed with a company as I have been with this one. My husband and I have both worked in real estate for nearly 20 years and have never had such a wonderful experience. We hired their cleaners prior to the move in, the actual movers and they sent over a wonderful gentleman to hang mirrors and pictures all throughout the house.
