This was the second part and final move we will be doing and we called Master Movers because they had helped us before. We requested the same team we had before because they were the best. We needed to move everything including all the pictures on the wall and all the decor. Neither one of us was able to wrap all we needed to pack. Master Movers (specifically Jeffry, JJ, Brock, Joshua) came in and went through everything and wrapped it up. We did some of the packing ourselves but the majority was completed by them. It was a stressful situation that they performed smoothly. The second part of the move was at the loading. The team came back as JJ, Brock, and Edge. They went right to work and loaded all the boxes and furniture onto 2 trucks. It was a long day for us as we had to make the 3+ hour ride to our new home. But the team finished and was off with the truck in plenty of time for us to make the ride. Everything was packed and loaded with precision. When they arrived at the new location (day 3 of the adventure), it was JJ, Brock, Joshua and Edge. They placed everything in the spot where we wanted it and even moved things around until we were satisfied. I was moving from Indiana to Florida and was in a time crunch because our house sold sooner than expected. I got in contact with the great people at Master Movers, who came to rescue. My point of contact person, Kerstyn, was absolutely the best!! She coordinated my move effortlessly. The movers:John, Juan and J.J. showed up.on time and got to work immediately. These guys packed up a 5200 sq.ft house in two days!! When it came time to unload my belongings once again Kerstyn showed she is more than a "employee", she sent over a fantastic crew of: Manny, Juan and a another young man. They took such great care as to not damage anything, they didn't rush to get out of the heat and put everything EXACTLY where I wanted things to go. My husband met Erik at our storage unit so he could give us the best estimate, that was great because we knew and they knew exactly what the job was. I was also able to book them short notice which was a bonus! Aaron was the team lead and called ahead and arrived on time. All 3 young men introduced themselves and got straight to work. It was super relaxing, I was very comfortable letting them handle everything and they did so with great care. We had some great conversations- Aaron lived in the town right next to our old hometown in upstate NY- we lovingly nicknamed him Coby! Next was Kris- on the quieter side but was rocking some killer Scooby-Doo socks; he naturally became known as "Socks"! Master Movers is the best moving company I have ever used. They are prompt, courteous, very friendly and value priced. I had to move a condo full of furniture and boxes, but my new home wasn't ready, so I was able to store my items with Master Movers for a very reasonable price. They were $210/mo cheaper than another storage facility in town. I just called them this week to return my items to my new house. They offered several open delivery times and they arrived on time and were very fast, but careful, with the move. All of my items were wrapped in a manner that protected them, and there wasn't one problem with anything. My movers this time were Antonio and Jhonathan. They were excellent and I enjoyed talking to them. They even gave me a bottle of champagne. I don't give reviews very often, but you can believe everything I've said about Master Movers. I could not have been more pleased. I had some unusual pieces to move and the guys took such great care to ensure they were protected during the move and set up in the new house. They took the time to go the extra mile. I wasn't sure about rolling my big green egg across floor in living from which would have been way less distance for the guys. I have just moved in my 8th house so I have some experience with movers. Colin, Genarro and Amanda were by far the best team I have ever had. They were friendly, professional and very, very good at their job. Master Movers is by far the best company I have ever hired to move my household. I found out just 3 days before I was scheduled that my closing was going to be delayed. Kerstyn rescheduled me as soon as she could and was able to get the crew out a few hours early which saved me from an overnight wait and a Saturday delivery. They went above and beyond and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is moving.
