This place is great! I had been comparing options for about a week or two and stumbled upon them at…read morethe last minute. They have pretty straightforward pricing. I got 50% off first three months, which beat competitor pricing. And allowed me to get a size that worked perfectly for my needs. All storage places I looked into had administrative and insurance fees that could be construed as misleading if you hadn't factored them into cost, but their fees were average and explained to me. The only option I would have preferred, was 24-hour access, but have found the early AM until 9pm access is perfectly sufficient. Friendly staff, always helpful and knowledgeable. Plus they are brand new, well-lit, climate-controlled, safe and easy to access.

I had a large unit when I moved out of state. We finally went back to FL to empty it. It took…read morelonger than we thought so we swapped it out for the smallest size at $70/month from the original $200+. Two months later they raised the price. Then they kept raising It bi monthly and it is now at $200/month. Which is the same as the original larger size that we had. Which was the size of a large bedroom. This one is the size of a small closet. We have called and they told us it's dynamic pricing and all storage companies do it. And then, "Our rent goes up too". Well it's not an apartment and rents don't usually go up that quickly. It is usually yearly or bi yearly. I hate dynamic pricing. Airlines do it also. My job even does it once and awhile and I find it embarrassing when I have to explain it to customers. IMO if you are doing well why raise prices? It's not like they are raising our salaries when they do well. I was going to keep it longer at the $70 price even though it is still a waste of money. But $200?? Now I have to fly down there and close it up. My bad for not planning better the first time but my Dad was dying and we were more focused on that. But I recommend not getting storage lockers if you can help it.

You are being warned the 5 star reviews are not all valid since this company and owner are a total…read morescam! They take advantage of the elderly and if you notice most the of 5 star reviews are accounts that never reviewed anything else! My family had two storage units here for years and combined into one, Janet created a huge issue when my mom couldn't find the key and said we needed paperwork showing my mom had access even though she knew her for years. They said only our dad signed the contract so we provided all paperwork including the will from my dad. They stopped taking our calls and they refused the paperwork and even as we continued to pay the monthly payment they then denied the payments so they could confiscate and sell my families items and the owner and the front office lady Janet are thieves and truly horrible people. Even our lawyer said he has never seen anything like this and they ignored the certified will from our father stating my mom was the beneficiary, we sent all requested items and paperwork and they refused to accept any of it! They are auctioning off units full of peoples things for the same reason because that's the real business they are in! I'm now also reaching out to the state senators who we have contacts with because this company needs to be held accountable for stealing from the elderly! I highly suggest you do not put any of your valuables with this storage company because they will stop taking calls and put a lock on your unit even when paid in full and will take your families possessions!
