I am nervous for it to go up again before I can get down there and empty it. When I called to ask why it keeps going up she said they have competitive dynamic pricing. So as soon as I can get a flight to FL I will have to get rid of my storage. If it were more economical I would just keep it. Not their fault but when I went to down size both dumpsters were filled to the top with personal information from a guy who had a unit for his accounting business. We had to make many trips to other places to dispose of any garbage. The very nice employee explained what happened but it was definitely frustrating.

As I entered the office to inform them that I had emptied the contents of my unit, this woman continuously interrupted me, and started screaming at me to "Get out"!!!!! at least ten times. She accused me of blocking her gate, which I wasn't, as my wife who was following me had no problem driving through. This woman should be fired immediately if you intend to maintain good relations with your customers and ultimate success. As a result of this encounter, I will never use your services again, and will advise my extended family and my 29 employees to do the same. I would encourage management to review the video of this encounter, if available, which took place around noon May 9.
