Sharon (Manager) SAID NO ONE TAKES BEDS AND THERE IS A 350.00 DUMPING FEE. She wanted me to sign abandoned paperwork on the unit. Guess what I found a Charity and they came and took everything on 5/19. My billing went from 5/15-6/14, and they charged me my monthly rate of 158.00.(3 days) Over 3 years Big Jims has made a small fortune off of us $5688.00. but still took their 158.00.
