RENTER BEWARE: Your rent will increase twice a year and often by double digit percentages. Mine just increased for the second time in a year and this time by 22%! I can understand some modest increases annually but this is absolutely taking advantage of people that don't want to move storage every 6 months. It's the dirty game in the storage world. I called to complain and was told "we are not budging". Caveat: the on-site people are great. good service and they return calls. The corporate office is the problem. Trust me..I am a capitalist but this is completely unreasonable. if you decide to use this storage, ask for caps on price increases. they will probably say no, but they are not the only storage in town. read more

All they are trying to do is take your money and give you nothing in return. I wanted to store my boat there and they had a space. Told them I would get boat released in about 3weeks. They were going to charge me full month rental anyway. Gave me the same old tired line about how his hands are tied and corporate wouldn't let him do it. What a joke read more

Rented a spot for just a week to store my boat while in the area. Everything went well and the employee I worked with was awesome. It was super easy to get in and out of, although beware of the bump when entering or leaving. The only real negative was the price. $120 for just a week and only a parking spot (I didn't use any storage) is seriously steep. read more

I recently had to get storage and after shopping around for a bit decided to go to this place. Rob couldn't have been more helpful. He got me taken care of and gladly showed me the available units in the size I was interested in and gave me the options of either 1st floor or 2nd floor with a discount. The place was clean, well lit (hallway light should be sufficient unless you needed to get into your belongings all the time in which case bring your own light!) and the elevator and carts made moving in a breeze. I opted to pay for a year in advance which could have generated some sort of discount however since you can pay on line it doesn't really matter. I opted for climate controlled unit since this is FL after all and the excessive heat wouldn't be good for what I was storing. Very pleased with everything and coming and going was made easy with a coded security gate, stored video surveillance, and logged entry. The manager is wonderful. That's where the awesome stops. Many of the units you have to take a creepy elevator up to. Dangerous! The outside doors are never locked but are open always, so once someone gets in the gates they have free access. The hallways are very narrow making moving very cumbersome. There are NO double doors, only singles which also makes moving furniture, etc. cumbersome. They have THE worst bag carts on the planet. It's like pushing a dumpster. Spend a little, for crying out loud, and buy some decent carts. Go see the carts (and double doors!) at Extra Space Storage. Oh, and NO lights in the units. Just what light you get casting in from the hallway. So bring a miner's cap to see your belongings. I can't wait to move out and I just moved in. Again, the only good thing is the manager. None of this is his fault. This is a badly designed facility. read more

Rich & Rob are incredible (I also had the pleasure of working w/ Mike in the past as well - he was great also). The Team there is always willing to help, and eager to volunteer their time, to make sure your needs are always met. I needed a unit here recently, and the specific type of storage space that I was looking for wasn't available; both Rich & Rob took note, and on two separate occasions reached out directly to me, as soon as a unit became unexpectedly available. It's just a small example of the type of care, and follow-up that's rare these days; you could argue that there's nothing elaborate required to rent out a storage unit, I could have simply and happily continued my search elsewhere, but they took the conversation/need as something of importance, and made the time/effort to follow-up personally to see if I was still in need. As a fellow Christian, I'm grateful/happy to commend and recognize their efforts. read more
