Tony was absolutely fantastic. I will not store my belongings anywhere else. I rented a unit for over a year before and always had great service. No problems. Clean units 24/7 access, secure. Price is right. More than that though it's the level of service that I appreciate. Like anything else, restaurants, cleaners, grocery store, vehicle maintenance and so on, I will always go back to the place where I am treated with respect and where they actually care about you and understand that you can go somewhere else but they want you with them. When I left they treated me good. When I returned they treated me good. I saw Tony deal with a very rude Customer. You know the type of person. They think they are more important and special than all other humans on the planet. Well he handled himself very well and spoke to her with respect and dignity. Good job Tony! Hard to do. Tony is an exceptional manager and works hard to meet the needs of his customers. I had to rent a unit during an emergency after my father passed away and after a year this became a burden in my current financial situation. Tony and Vivian helped me in my move out, I was able to use the truck and they also gave me Chaplain assistance as well as special funding through their Good Neighbor Program. My unit was very easy to access , week ends nights when ever. Once the key pad for entrance was not operational and the 800 number I called responded was extreamly responsive. The grounds and the inside was very clean and well lit. There were always carts for use and the price was less than the competition just down the road. I feel the ac worked better than the competition also. Highly recommend I moved out early do to purchasing a house with more room and they refunded my balance imeadiatly read more

I looked a 4 different facilities before electing to store my classic car here. I liked the fact that the staff actually appeared to want my business and not that they were doing me a favor (like the place across the street)! Seriously, the staff could not have been more accommodating. We've used Hideaway since 2011. At first we needed just a small storage space, and used an inside 4x4. A few years ago my son wanted to keep a car in the garage, and we upgraded to that. Everything was always very clean in both units. The management cares about their property AND yours. We felt safe going in and out at all times, and will definitely use them again if we need to. I called and reserved over the phone. Very helpful in helping me choose the right size storage. Then Tony at the location was nice and helped me out pretty quick. Love the 24 hr access and clean site. Manager living on property provides extra security and peace of mind. They are a little more pricey than other storage units but they have great deals. read more
