Bridal Shower Recipe Cards (25 count): Earlier in the week, I ordered these online for in-store pickup. When I arrived and reviewed the prints, I noticed the color was off--the light ivory background didn't show up properly. A young blonde woman at the counter was very helpful and kindly reprinted them on ivory paper, which looked much better. I really appreciated her attentiveness and willingness to fix the issue. Bridal Shower Menus (25 count): I had also ordered a stack of menus via Canva to be printed at FedEx. It appears someone at a FedEx location in Chicago may have printed them on the wrong paper, as I had placed a similar order the week before for my rehearsal dinner and had no issues. The Sarasota team offered to reprint them on ivory paper if I adjusted the size slightly, which I did. I emailed the new version on Friday night, and they had it ready by Saturday morning. My biggest concern was the lack of communication and continuity between staff members. I had to go into the store in person just to confirm when my order would be printed, as I wasn't getting updates. When a family member went to pick up the menus on my behalf, they were unexpectedly asked to pay--despite the fact that I had already spoken to a staff member (a man, specifically) who had agreed to reprint them at no charge due to the earlier error. It became clear that there were no internal notes or communication from day to day. My uncle ended up handing back the original prints, and was told by an employee that they "didn't have time to argue today," which felt unprofessional and dismissive. I am an architect/interior designer so I am used to printing design boards a lot and using color codes. Review 1/2
