I had to ship them from Florida to California, I didn't wanna pay an arm and a leg, and also wanted to make sure they were going to make it safely. I went on Google and I found Pack Mail and the good reviews. I mostly dealt with Everett, but I was also helped by Jake. Everett was very attentive, understanding, patient, and responsive. He understood my situation, and I felt that he and Pak Mail were taking my needs seriously. The paintings arrived earlier than expected, and the packing job was great. Here are the photos. The estimate was extremely reasonable, and a lot less than I was quoted by other companies, by thousands. I highly recommend Pak Mail a for packing and packing valuable items.

    I had used this Pak Mail several times for flat drawings and various art pieces and they always did…read morea great job on making sure everything arrived safe and sound. However I now had an extremely delicate piece to ship which caused me great anxiety-an INCREDIBLY FRAGILE porcelain figure to ship from Florida to Maine. It was very RARE also and I worried about the shipment the entire way. It was a figure of Christ on the cross with very DELICATE outstretched arms=nightmares and tremendous trepidation over this shipment and receiving broken arms. Chuck at PakMail did an absolutely MASTERFUL job of packing this incredible fragile item by creating a CUSTOM TRIPLE foam cradle for it to ride in. Unbelievable TREMENDOUS care was taken to get this to me safe and sound. If I had to ship anything PRECIOUS across the world I would hire this Pak Mail to do it-WONDERFUL ALL THE WAY!!

    First, a Fed Ex driver was supposed to deliver my packages to my home. I'm not sure where he tried…read moreto deliver them. The photo emailed to me was not of my front door and there was a note that "the business" was closed. I live in a single-family home in a residential neighborhood. After contacting the shipper, I was told they would try to get my packages redelivered. I was telephoned by Fed Ex at 5:44 p.m. and advised I could pick them up, but I would have to be there before their closing time of 6:30. I told the caller I was a half-hour away and she said she would leave a note for the people in the office that I was coming. I arrived at 6:20 p.m. and the lady in the shipping office told me I had to arrive by 6:10 in order to pick up my packages. I told her what the person who called me from FedEx told me, and all she would say was, "You can pick them up tomorrow." Actually, I can't because I can't get there during your Saturday operating hours. Fed Ex wasted my time, gasoline and they are just the worst.

    The employee lacked good customer service skills. He kept insisting on the differences between…read moreFedEx Express and FedEx Ground without offering a real solution for a package that was supposed to be delivered one week ago. For a customer, FedEx should be FedEx, and the organization division should be transparent for the customer. A possible solution would be to contact someone from the other division and ask for the package. Never have had a similar experience with UPS or USPS.
