I told the caller I was a half-hour away and she said she would leave a note for the people in the office that I was coming. I arrived at 6:20 p.m. and the lady in the shipping office told me I had to arrive by 6:10 in order to pick up my packages. I told her what the person who called me from FedEx told me, and all she would say was, "You can pick them up tomorrow." Actually, I can't because I can't get there during your Saturday operating hours. Fed Ex wasted my time, gasoline and they are just the worst.
