me and my family use this POSTNET very often. We have a box here and get shipments delivered pretty much every day. Huge fan of coming here however, there is one complaint that I feel needs to be brought up between employees. I always receive amazing service from the young boy upfront with a little bit longer hair. He's absolutely incredible with customer service. However, I would like to leave a bit of a note for the older guy who I believe is the manager. I think it would be wise if when your employees make a mistake, you don't publicly announce it to the customers waiting in the lobby. As I was waiting for my mail, the older Manager started making a scene about a mistake, The younger kid had made. This is something that needs to be corrected in private not in a situation where customers are in the lobby waiting. I can't imagine how he talks to his employees behind closed doors, if this is how he speaks to them in front of customers. So my review is this, I would leave five stars for the young boy upfront who is quick efficient and always nice. the older guy who is usually in the back, step it up. read more

Came in for notary. As usual I have my kids in tow so was worried they'll get into things in the store. The staff got the little ones entertained. My son loves machines so he basically stood enthralled in front of the huge printer. At one point he walked over the side where he can see the mechanics at work. He was in awe. One of the ladies handed all three with a super cool color wheel markers while I was doing the paper work. Service was quick, 2 notaries cost 15.00. Not bad at all. Having recently relocated to the area I was in need of a printer. Of course I check Yelp out first. This place came up with perfect five star reviews. I reached out via phone asked for their email, and forwarded my job over at approximately 5:30 PM on a Tuesday. They close at 6 PM. The next morning at 9 AM I received an email with my quote. I replied and gave them the go ahead to print the job. It wasn't a big job, but by 9:30 AM I received another email that my job was complete and ready for pick up. Upon arrival at the store there was a client in front of me who was handled swiftly. I retrieved my job, gave it a look over and paid via credit card. Great experience! Great service! Great people! How do I give this PostNet 6 stars? They are incredible. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Last week I brought in my item and a shipping label, and they handled boxing it up and packing it for me, at no extra charge. They are kind and personable, quick, prices are great; what more could you ask for? I've really come to love this place. Highly recommended. read more

I have been trying to cancel just one of my several accounts with Post Net and no one wants to help. I've called every number provided and no one in store is able to cancel an account? I've been by several times to get items from other boxes and yet they won't let me cancel one I don't use anymore? read more

My GPS took me to the shopping area and promptly asked me to leave and go back around again and again! Postnet turned out to be close to PUBLIX! Once there a lady whose name I forget (sorry) could not have been more helpful with two large boxes I needed to send back to my home in California. It was complicated but she took great care of me. As amazing as this may seem, one of my primary reasons for returning to Lakewood Ranch each year, and now buying a home here, is this Postnet. Shawna and company are always so incredibly helpful....and not only with packages, printing etc but with typing, graphics, ordering unusual office supplies and giving me referrals to other services needed. Recently I had a project that needs to be revised every year. This usually takes at least three drafts. This year Morgan completed it for me with no errors on the first draft. None. Justen is great as well. These guys are "my team" and make being a sole proprietor palatable. read more

We live nearby and love this place... they do just about everything you might need but wash your car! As many of us these days don't have laptops, desktops or printers, but need to print documents on occasion: this is the answer. You just email the document from your phone and the PostNet folks print it out... easy! Also all packaging and mailing needs. Go in, drop it off, done... I will say, always friendly.. and they get busy... never an attitude other than friendly, and I have to say that was NOT my experience at a nearby UPS store!! I'll never set foot in that place again! I am very unhappy with their packaging/shipping service. I entrusted them to ship an expensive item, they assured me it was well packaged & insured. They chose the shipper, FedEx & offered me no other options. It arrived damaged & neither PostNet or FedEx will accept responsibility to pay the claim. read more

The staff here are wonderful. I am very grateful. I had hired someone off of Upworks to create a new business card design for me. The staff here identified a problem with the design right away. Unfortunately, the design didn't have enough bleed space around the edges. No matter how many times I went back to the original designer, he couldn't seem to fix it. The staff at PostNet helped me to take some of the raw elements of the design and put them together so that my cards printed perfectly. They really saved the day for me!
