Huge fan of coming here however, there is one complaint that I feel needs to be brought up between employees. I always receive amazing service from the young boy upfront with a little bit longer hair. He's absolutely incredible with customer service. However, I would like to leave a bit of a note for the older guy who I believe is the manager. I think it would be wise if when your employees make a mistake, you don't publicly announce it to the customers waiting in the lobby. As I was waiting for my mail, the older Manager started making a scene about a mistake, The younger kid had made. This is something that needs to be corrected in private not in a situation where customers are in the lobby waiting. I can't imagine how he talks to his employees behind closed doors, if this is how he speaks to them in front of customers. So my review is this, I would leave five stars for the young boy upfront who is quick efficient and always nice. the older guy who is usually in the back, step it up.

They have been without a business card cutter for weeks now so they are cutting cards with a laser which is taking forever especially considering they have had to remake my cards numerous times today because the first time the font didn't show the rest of the times the cards were misaligned. Finally I agreed just to have the front made not the back of the card. All of this took almost SIX hours of my day and driving back and forth. I have to have business cards for an event tomorrow - they look super cruddy. I could have purchased ink and cards and done it myself better in hind site or had another store create them. I'm exhausted and still have lots of things to do before my flight tomorrow. This was very inconvenient. Also way under staffed!! Give employees what they need so they can be the best for your customers.

No one offered a place for me to put the boxes down and I am not a strong woman. Finally I went to put my three boxes on the counter. But because my arms were so weak from holding them so long, I couldn't pull the boxes high enough to reach the counter. They hit the side of the counter and I fell onto the ground, along with all my boxes. The manager just walked away. They hardly spoke to me or acknowledged me while they rang up my items. No apologies and it all could have been avoided if someone had just acknowledged me and showed me where I could put down my boxes. I'm still shaking while I write this review in the parking lot.
