Amazing customer service! The lady who helped me print a document today was very kind!

They don't mail items when they say they will. Sometimes holding items until the next day.

Horrible customer service at every touch point. They didn't deliver my overnight package on time, lost it, then lost it again on the way back and it was delayed over a week. I called probably three times and was rushed off the phone every time, very rude. Then I received a refund for about $10 less than what it costs me. Skip this location at all costs! read more

Bad customer service. Skip this location and go to the nearest alternative location. I stopped in to send a quick fax and ask a few questions. 2 other customers who were not in line and walked in after me were attended to before they acknowledged me. The two females working there knew the gentlemen who walked in after me. After the gentlemen left the store I was the only one left - no problems sending my fax. I had a few shipping questions for some items I am selling on eBay and instead of assisting me I was told "you can get all your information online." Terrible customer service. Store was clean and well stocked BUT - I will not be returning to this location. read more

I went in only to have a return label printed for something I bought on eBay. They blonde pictured in the photo of this store was rude. I was told with a very condescending tone that I needed to use the computer rather than scan my phone as it was a usps label. Ok fine so I go on the computer only to discover I needed the password she was right behind me with no other customers and saw I needed some help. I knew she didn't want to for whatever reason so I closed out the computer and looked at her and said thank you anyway . She offered no help to say anything. It was like ... yeah leave? Couldn't believe her attitude when I did absolutely nothing. A gentleman also works there that helped me only a few days earlier that was very nice. Will never return. read more

Terrible, rude customer service. I went in with a simple request and a question. I was nicely dressed and polite. The woman at the counter spoke to me in a contemptuous and disrespectful tone, and she only grudgingly fulfilled my request - which took only a minute and for which I paid $10 in cash. There was no one else in the store, no one waiting for service, no reason to treat me poorly. I won't go back. Next day addendum: I had to go back! The woman who "helped" me yesterday screwed up a simple notarization (I.e., she didn't stamp it), so I had to return, shaking with a fever. The service representative, a different one from yesterday, was completely alone in the store on a Friday afternoon, with a steady stream of customers. I had to wait 15 minutes, shaking and sweating all the while, but she was professional, and accomplished the task while remaining calm and polite - even offered to refund my $10. One person with a decent attitude can make a real difference. read more

This is the best! The gals behind the counter cldnt be more helpful or polite. I have watched them deal with non English speaking customers and their patience was amazing. All the years I've gone there, they cldnt be more helpful or professional. If a customer has difficulty dealing with them, as I noticed in some previous reviews, then those customers must have been having a bad day! I hope this remains as a UPS review because although the heading was correct, the previous reviewer was referring to the laundry (I think) next door. read more

I requested a special printed item for my mother in law the day before Xmas. They were wonderful. I never used to come here as one of the employees was not the kindest but that person has left and the energy and atmosphere is wonderful now. read more

AVOID. Spend five more minutes and cross over University and go to the one near fresh market. The worst UPS service center I've ever been too. They have lost several packages. One even containing government documents. If it was just once, I would let it go. Unfortunately, given the limited times I do need to use UPS and their high frequency of losing items, I will NEVER go back to this location or recommend anyone to use them. They also have the worst customer service. They look like they are forced to work there. Just horrible. read more

DO NOT enter... If I could give zero stars I would. Blonde woman has zero customer service.. was rude and when trying to do an amazon return she pointed towards a computer and told me I needed to pay $3.99 for the first 15 minutes, log onto the email on their computer to print my own return label. I've been to other UPS stores who have you email and they print for you no charge. I would rather drive 20 minutes myself to another location than come back here.. the worst UPS store I've ever dealt with. read more

There is no way that any of the good reviews are not friends or paid people to put a review on this store. I own a business and have used several UPS as well as FedEx locations. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever been provided in my life. I live close so I use them out of convenience. Jackie is the owner that is obviously in the wrong business. Would have been better as a production line worker where she would never have to speak to a customer. I cannot remember a time that I went into this location and saw one person smile or saw one customer treated with average customer service. I have actually went to other UPS stores and told the managers to go into the location as a customer so they could understand. Why are you in this business that requires a personality? Please sell this place to someone that is willing to provide a good customer experience. read more

I use UPS stores across the country and generally find the services very good. However, on Jan 16th, 2018 my highest expectations were reached. I was having some issues with a package that had apparently gotten lost after being shipped from Boston. Jackie was very helpful in taken the information I had on the package, calling UPS corporate and tracked the package down (it was 'stuck' in Raleigh NC). If it wasn't for her tenacity I am convinced that this package would still be lost in Raleigh instead of being delivered this past Friday. I will always use this store whenever possible.
