One funny thing: every time I walk in, they say, "Thank you for using the Kiosk," whether I actually used it or not. It's become kind of a running joke in my mind at this point. That said, the staff is consistently helpful and genuinely nice. Whether I bring in an Amazon return or something completely unrelated, the guys working there always take care of it quickly and without any hassle. They're efficient, friendly, and make the whole process easy.

Guys had no gas when they showed up to the job. Horrible - everything - would never ever use this company again. When I reached out about my experience I was told they don't care. I am a single mother and that was the only money I had set aside for the move - they charged me 1k more than the estimate and had to pay 600$ to other moving company for the stuff they left behind. The salesperson as well as the estimator that came to my house said that they take great care in protecting valuable items. I also asked, and it was confirmed that my white, upholstered sofas and chairs be shrink wrapped to keep them from getting soiled. This is what happened: it was like they took my antique pieces, put them in a dump truck and dumped it into the moving truck. NO protection at all! They stacked carved mahogany chairs one on top of the other! ( see attached pic) . My white sofa cushions were tossed in the truck cab . My furniture was DESTROYED! The sofa cushions in the truck cab are filthy. Two Men and a Truck admitted fault and offered a ridulous low ball settlement. I paid TWICE the amount to Two Men and a Truck then I was quoted by another REPUTABLE moving company so that I would have a dedicated truck for my belongings only- it was a waste of money-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will ruin your furniture and not compensate you to replace. All they do is keep repeating about "policies and procedures" and refuse a fair settlement. BEWARE!

Guess what I found a Charity and they came and took everything on 5/19. My billing went from 5/15-6/14, and they charged me my monthly rate of 158.00.(3 days) Over 3 years Big Jims has made a small fortune off of us $5688.00. but still took their 158.00.
