One funny thing: every time I walk in, they say, "Thank you for using the Kiosk," whether I actually used it or not. It's become kind of a running joke in my mind at this point. That said, the staff is consistently helpful and genuinely nice. Whether I bring in an Amazon return or something completely unrelated, the guys working there always take care of it quickly and without any hassle. They're efficient, friendly, and make the whole process easy.

The movers arrived right on time and took care with my items. I was moving from a storage unit into my new home so everything was pre-packed. They were careful with all of the boxes and extra careful with the furniture, wrapping those items in blankets and plastic wrap. When they arrived to my home, they took the same care unloading as they took when loading the items. They checked with me where I wanted everything and carefully placed it inside. There was no damage and all were very friendly. They got the job done quickly, which was also appreciated. I highly recommend them for your local moves!

My billing went from 5/15-6/14, and they charged me my monthly rate of 158.00.(3 days) Over 3 years Big Jims has made a small fortune off of us $5688.00. but still took their 158.00.
