You can't call them to see if there's a problem ( they refuse to answer the phone) the carriers seem to have trouble with numbers and addresses when delivering mail or they just don't care (strictly in it for a paycheck). I truly get about 5-6 different people's mail daily none of which is my own. This may not be the fault of all the carriers on this route off of Proctor Rd. but the point is it happens more than it doesn't! Just about every day, every other day... what's the problem? Understaffed, hate your job, whatever it is it needs addressed by the higher powers and NOW or shut this location down!

She has owned this location for 7 years and owned earlier UPSstores in Ohio for 10 years. I was medical legal financial power of attorney the last 3 years for a solo impoverished senior woman in Minnesota requiring extensive work with federal and state regulations and forms. ( she just passed away October peacefully just 3 weeks in her new assisted living home.). My laptop became too old so I had to do all this work on my iPhone ( before they added Word Capability!). Laura SAVED me with my non sophisticated computer skills on a phone, over and over again! This was very time consuming. NO one in a UPS store nor the Post Office would take time like this with such complex computer maneuvering. Her entire staff ARE SUPER FAST, extremely knowledgeable and efficient and her line ( if there) MOVES FAST! Also zero errors. The post office this past year GREATLY increased shipping costs for medium to large boxes and I have found UPS ( esp UPS ground) to be more cost effective. The pieces were all wrapped and packed by the UPS store staff in 2 separate boxes. One box was delivered timely, the other was not received. We tracked the second box and were told that "All merchandise was not recoverable and was discarded". UPS made the decision to destroy our property without consent and without notifying us about the damaged shipment! We contacted the UPS shipping store, and they referred us to UPS corporate. UPS corporate sent us back to the UPS store. Since then, we have received a complete run- around and still do not understand what happened to cause such damage and why UPS took the liberty to destroy our property without consent. The store owner and team have stopped returning calls and UPS corporate will not do anything to compensate or assist.

There isn't any real designated parking--you basically pull up in front like a "drive-thru," hop out, and run in. One funny thing: every time I walk in, they say, "Thank you for using the Kiosk," whether I actually used it or not. It's become kind of a running joke in my mind at this point. That said, the staff is consistently helpful and genuinely nice. Whether I bring in an Amazon return or something completely unrelated, the guys working there always take care of it quickly and without any hassle.
