The quality of the prints, the finishing of the pieces, the packaging and shipping are all done with nothing spared and at a very decent price. The customer service from Lew and the staff has always showed me a true concern for any questions I have about making sure the outcome will be amazing. Recently they introduced chromalux metal prints to their offering. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering any as their price for metal prints is considerably higher that other bureaus. I had a conversation with Lew about this and he explained to me the subtle differences in making a chromalux piece that is more complicated than one would think and why other places are less expensive and that there can be a real difference in the visual quality. Well just a couple of weeks ago I gave them a shot on a Chromalux print moderately large and when it arrived I was blown away! All of the other metal prints I have ordered from a variety of bureaus pall in comparison to the print I received from APC. A huge visual difference! A package was shipped for overnight delivery on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 and the label was created…read moreat 11:36 am at this Qwik Pack and Ship. This package arrived on July 1, in Sarasota Florida and sat for two days in Sarasota even though $280.00 was paid for "express overnight" delivery. We received a message stating "package delay" on 7/1/26. It didn't get to Tampa, FL until 7/2/26. Then, it finally makes it to Louisville, KY on 7/3/26 and doesn't get to the required destination until 7/6/26! Once back home, I called this business and submitted a claim as I was no longer in Switzerland and the package, was not received at the hotel until 7 days later! A lady with Qwik Pack told me this claim process would take up to two weeks to resolve. Today, I stopped into the business to follow up and was greeted by Jigar Pokar, owner, who immediately raised his voice and started to argue with me. Jigar told me that there is no guarantee and that I was not only out $280.00 but it would cost me $170 to obtain the product in this package that was not sent for 6 days! The owner wanted to tell me that first it was dropped off on Thursday. Jigar's tone became more argumentative, and he continued arguing with me, until I decided his unprofessional attitude was completely unacceptable. It's shameful to run a business and talk to customers in such an arrogant, dismissive way. Just be aware, "express overnight" doesn't mean overnight. It's just a word they use. It means, the package may make it in a week. Plus. this package didn't make it to the hotel until 7 days later!

He understood my situation, and I felt that he and Pak Mail were taking my needs seriously. The paintings arrived earlier than expected, and the packing job was great. Here are the photos. However I now had an extremely delicate piece to ship which caused me great anxiety-an INCREDIBLY FRAGILE porcelain figure to ship from Florida to Maine. It was very RARE also and I worried about the shipment the entire way. It was a figure of Christ on the cross with very DELICATE outstretched arms=nightmares and tremendous trepidation over this shipment and receiving broken arms. Chuck at PakMail did an absolutely MASTERFUL job of packing this incredible fragile item by creating a CUSTOM TRIPLE foam cradle for it to ride in. Unbelievable TREMENDOUS care was taken to get this to me safe and sound. If I had to ship anything PRECIOUS across the world I would hire this Pak Mail to do it-WONDERFUL ALL THE WAY!!
