Best team to work with, Peter, Gordon and Theresa! As the contact person for a small nonprofit, I…read morecame into an ongoing project with 18 different signs needed. Peter spent time on the phone patiently explaining the options for us. Sustainability, essentially zero environmental impact, UV inks (plus another layer to help with UV/vandalism prevention), and full recyclability are paramount to us. Also, since this was to be an exterior installation, he told me which direction was best to face these signs (N or E, rather than the current S for all the old ones!) His quote came in about $200 less than the company we've used in the past. I had three sets of previous PDFs that I had to use, which turned out to have several small mistakes with the potential for large negative consequences. Gordon helped me get the PDFs uploaded. And Theresa and I spent time going over each proof one at time to get everything "right". After a few glitches and a steep learning curve, the signs came out perfectly marked and corrected. I don't have any pics, yet. Staff is getting ready to install the signs.

Worst service I have ever received from a sign company! Don't waste your time of money. I have been…read morea Realtor for 23 years and have ordered a ton of real estate signs. I even had signs made prior to this with them. I received single sided signs with no holes! Who does that? They will go in the trash because they will not make it right with me. They charged MORE for them than any other sign company and I have to pitch them! NOT OK!!!!!

These guys are the real deal!…read more I needed to have some musical scores printed, and I went through three other printers who were unable to do the job until I found this company. They are terrific (and what a pleasure to get to write a glowing review instead of a flame)! Not only did they print my scores according to my specifications, but the quality of the work was superb. Co-owner Steve gave me a tour of their extensive facilities, and they can print literally anything! Most of the staff has been there for over 20 years, which is a huge vote of confidence. Another project I discussed with Steve was their ability to print softcover books for me. I don't like to keep inventory, and most printers want to make a killing on small quantity jobs where they want to charge me MORE than what I can sell them for retail, which is an obvious non-starter. PCP can do small runs where I can make a reasonable margin, and it is great to find this kind of capability in a local firm - I usually have to find someone out of state. Check out the photos of my scores - absolutely beautiful work at fair market rates.

We attend job fairs and events quite often, and wanted to do something fun to make us stand out a bit more. I researched a few embroidery places, but I ended up going with Direct because of their quick response time and their promptness in answering all of my questions. I went back and forth via email for a bit with Christina, and then physically went into the shop to look and feel the shirts in person. We placed our order this past Thursday, and our shirts were ready today (Tuesday). They came out great and were reasonably priced for the quality and the turnaround time. Thank you to Christina and Direct Embroidery for all of your help!
