Paul the owner was the person who took my order, very quick, efficient and the work was done in a few days. I was able to pick the size, font, color and where I wanted it. Paul showed me what it would look like and made sure I was happy with it. I payed cash however they accept major cc's. Plenty of parking in the front and the establishment has different samples of other types of embroidery designs they offer for companies.
