Paul the owner was the person who took my order, very quick, efficient and the work was done in a few days. I was able to pick the size, font, color and where I wanted it. Paul showed me what it would look like and made sure I was happy with it. I payed cash however they accept major cc's. Plenty of parking in the front and the establishment has different samples of other types of embroidery designs they offer for companies. I highly suggest trying them out and you won't be disappointed.

After three and a half weeks the boot still had not been shipped. During this three and a half weeks I used their contact form twice to try to find out what was going on with my order, and I did not receive any response what so ever. I called them and they told me their website has not been working correctly for quite a while. This is something they should have notified customers about or at least put that information on the home page in giant letters. The person I talked to could not find my order and had no idea where where my boots were. They did not even know if they could even get the boots at all. They had the boots listed like they had them in stock, but when I talked to them they said they needed to check with the company that makes the boots to see if they can even get them. I would strongly suggest you buy from some other company. This company is not organized and they do not keep you up to date on your order.
