As soon as this is done, I will take my clothes to his recommended dry cleaners. Be aware that the hours here say they are open on Sunday. This is incorrect. The website doesn't have the latest updated schedule. Your best bet is to always call ahead of time if you are under a time crunch. In my case, I was called Friday and was told my clothes are ready. Unfortunately, I'm not anywhere near that area so I'm going to have to pick it up on Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. Planning ahead works for me, but many people wait until the last minute and alterations are one of those things you need time for. Other places may accommodate you, but I'm sure you won't get the same quality. Actually I just realized that this was sitting in my drafts waiting for me to finish my overdue evaluation. The clothes were done very well and they are still looking good. One pair of pants that are my favorite now look very well on me. I use them a lot. Can't find any faults with their alterations. I definitely will use them again even though they are pricey. You get what you pay for here no doubt about it. I've read the reviews about this establishment and all the negative comments are from people who don't understand work, quality, speed, & cost.

I ordered two custom tee shirts to be imprinted with my own design, and they offered me a large choice of shirts to print on. Even though my order was tiny compared with the volume business they usually do, they were extremely pleasant and patient. And when I picked up the shirts and had a quibble with the spacing on one of them, the owners replaced the shirt and printed the new one all over again, free of charge and without complaint -- in fact, they apologized that it wasn't right the first time! (If it had been right the first time I would have given them five stars.) The final result was beautiful. When I asked them about the lousy review that had been posted in 2012, they told me that that customer had wanted a large order printed but waited until the day before their event to finalize their specifications!! When they were told that such a huge order couldn't be filled with only one day's notice, they stormed out and wrote a nasty review which, unfortunately, is the only one appearing here. I hope to rectify that. Bottom line -- try them and see for yourself, and tell them Carrie sent you!
