On the weekdays, they've consistently been open at 8AM on the dot which didn't use to be the case. I now consider this UPS location a lot more reliable than I did in the past.

One of the machines that is used for printing was having issues so they gladly helped me with emailing them my documents and they were able to print them for me. The second time I went, the machine was working and I was able to print my documents using the retrieval code with no issues, they helped me with everything that I needed and even offered supplies. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I stopped in yesterday to return a package and was advised the return label was for the US postal…read moreservice. The lady helping me was very nice and printed the label for me anyway to take. She didn't have to do that and I really appreciated her as I do not have a printer at home. I use FedEx when I can because it's convenient, but I just moved and this one is much closer. Sometimes when people can't make money from you they turn you away. She chose customer service instead. I will definitely be back because of this experience alone.

They all were super helpful. Tom and Diane resolved my needs. Tom and Mike stayed late to finish my printing job. While I was there I learned about their printing process, the super slicer machine ( my words not theirs) and how to save on future printing needs.
