Clerk then shows me a piece of paper he taped to the package with "$10 fee" handwritten on it. Said I needed to pay him before he would give me my package. All postage was previously paid in full. This was an undisclosed fee by this UPS Store to hold my package hostage. I called the sender and they had never heard of such a thing. Will never use this location again. It's worth the extra 10min drive to the post office.
