Ensure you check out their coupons -- you can typically get 20% off when you order online and they usually have really good sales weekly. The staff is always friendly and be prepared because the checkout lines are typically long but move rather quickly. My only complaint now is that they moved the online pickup from the framing section to the front of the store checkout area. So even if you order online you still have to now wait until in the line at the front to pick up your order. They should have kept it separate as when you order online you do it for convenience. Although if you want them to bring out to your car, you simply call the store when you arrive and they'll bring out to your car to make it touches.
