Today, I became obsessed with organizing all those things we scatter everywere and hate going thru to find the one thing I need to fix something in our homes. I decided on a 10 drawer tower, told my daughter what I wanted, and she immediately found the perfect tower for me on Michael's website. I immediately ordered it online, was able to use the 30% coupon which, by the way, made it the same price as ones on Marketplace, but this was new. It was ready for pick-up a short time later, so I drove the mile down the street....love close places. Both registers had customers, but I only had to wait a couple minutes. The staff is always friendly and be prepared because the checkout lines are typically long but move rather quickly. My only complaint now is that they moved the online pickup from the framing section to the front of the store checkout area. So even if you order online you still have to now wait until in the line at the front to pick up your order. They should have kept it separate as when you order online you do it for convenience. Although if you want them to bring out to your car, you simply call the store when you arrive and they'll bring out to your car to make it touches.
