Came in expecting to just have to order the polos and hoodies for my daughter however to my surprise they had everything already in stock and we walked out ready for school. We were immediately greeted and staff was so friendly. I was concerned about the sizing but was advised that they have a fitting room and they allowed my daughter to try on the shirts before we purchased. Wonderful!! Due to COVID you must wear a mask inside and practice distancing while in store. They sanitize between customers and if trying one clothes they have you place in a separate stack so they can sanitize before placing back for purchase. Check out process was easy and contactless. Be sure to sign up for their VIP reward program while there and like them on FB to get an additional discount on your purchases. This is done at the kiosk in store and you simply supply your phone number which sets you up for text messaging coupons, promotion alerts and news pertaining to products. Each time you visit the store and make a purchase be sure to check into the kiosk as well. Not only do they have uniforms they also do custom printing. Highly recommend.

Received 1 shirt the day before school started and was promised the other 3 shirts are on the way and arriving on August 11th, and the dress August 30TH. It is now September 5th and I still don't have the shirts, and after emailing them, I got a call the dress is ready today. But shirts won't be in until "mid September". What is the point of having a school start date deadline when you can't deliver the promise?! Extremely frustrating! Also, trying to call and check on your order is impossible! Nobody knows anything in that store, can't help you look anything up. All you can do is leave a message or send an email and hope someone gets back to you. This has been the worst experience I ever had with a business that's supposed to provide SCHOOL REQUIRED UNIFORMS!!!!!!! But, none of this matters to anybody at Mascot Universe, that's the saddest part of it all. All they can tell you is they can cancel your order and refund you your money. That's not a solution when uniforms are required by the school. The solution they decided to go with is be spiteful, hold my order hostage, cancel my order (even though I specifically stated I would wait for it to come in), and not allow us to pick up the 1 item they did have in stock. After speaking to them on the phone, and a "manager" who misrepresented himself as the owner "Stacee", telling me all kinds of things. Rude, degrading, disrespectful, and just plain out gross behavior by someone that works with our local schools and is part of our community. I am happy to never have to deal with this organization again and instead support a local mom that does the embroidery happily out of her home. I'd you need anything for your school embroidery, skip this disgusting place and go to ABC teez embroidery instead! You won't be disappointed.

I have used Image Depot on a few occasions for logo wear. Recently, we rebranded our company and…read moreneeded some new shirts with our new logo for our sales team. What happened next could have been a potential disaster, but Susan and the team at Image Depot spun it into customer service gold. I dropped off the shirts and went out of town for some meetings. Upon arriving back in the office, I noticed that somehow the work orders were confused and the new shirts had the old logo! After one phone call and a couple emails back and forth, Susan agreed that she would fix the problem. They volunteered to go out of their way to find similar shirts and purchase them at their expense to put our new logo on. Susan even sent over pictures of the shirts to make sure we liked them because the exact style I had sent her was discontinued by Nike! I would like to note that I have not had other issues with THIS location of Image Depot (they are independant) and I did have an issue, they were quick to step up and fix it at their own expense. If you value follow-though in customer service like most people, I recommend the Dale Mabry location of Image Depot for logo-wear.
