We were immediately greeted and staff was so friendly. I was concerned about the sizing but was advised that they have a fitting room and they allowed my daughter to try on the shirts before we purchased. Wonderful!! Due to COVID you must wear a mask inside and practice distancing while in store. They sanitize between customers and if trying one clothes they have you place in a separate stack so they can sanitize before placing back for purchase. Check out process was easy and contactless. Be sure to sign up for their VIP reward program while there and like them on FB to get an additional discount on your purchases. This is done at the kiosk in store and you simply supply your phone number which sets you up for text messaging coupons, promotion alerts and news pertaining to products. Each time you visit the store and make a purchase be sure to check into the kiosk as well. Not only do they have uniforms they also do custom printing. Highly recommend.

It is now September 5th and I still don't have the shirts, and after emailing them, I got a call the dress is ready today. But shirts won't be in until "mid September". What is the point of having a school start date deadline when you can't deliver the promise?! Extremely frustrating! Also, trying to call and check on your order is impossible! Nobody knows anything in that store, can't help you look anything up. All you can do is leave a message or send an email and hope someone gets back to you. This has been the worst experience I ever had with a business that's supposed to provide SCHOOL REQUIRED UNIFORMS!!!!!!! But, none of this matters to anybody at Mascot Universe, that's the saddest part of it all. All they can tell you is they can cancel your order and refund you your money. That's not a solution when uniforms are required by the school.
