I googled Hallmark and came up on Amy's in Citrus Park....I FORGOT ABOUT THEM....but it was a bit of a drive for a card, so I called. Sam answered the phone, I told him about my mission. He put me on hold, went to the rack, came back to the phone with what he thought was a perfect card....I almost cried! Now, that's customer service...that's professionalism!! I drove right out there and was greeted by Sam and Angie. I think they could tell I was "Crazy Lady," a name I am known by.... they were SO welcoming as I came in. Sam had the card waiting for me at the register. Well, I couldn't resist browsing the store...so much great stuff, so well displayed...made shopping easy. I went out with not only my one card, but another card and some Hallmark ornaments!! Thank you, Amy's, for having a terrific team in Sam and Angie!! I know, in future visits, I will meet more members of your team!!! In fact, when I couldn't read my handwriting of the second name, called, and she understood my peril and tried to figure out who was on with Sam that day; she guessed it was Angie, but suggested I call back to make sure!. They have jewelry, purses, clothes, shoes, scarfs, sunglasses. This place is heaven for me. Everyone who works here is nice and helpful. They are dog friendly, and mocha walks around with me. Charming Charlie at the Shops of Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel is one of THOSE kinda stores - filled with very lovely clothing, accessories, jewelry, and must-haves for the women in your life. I don't pretend to be a fashionista, but I can certainly appreciate how they have color-coordinated outfits to go with different handbags and accessories. There was lots of serious browsing, followed by the inevitable touching everything in the store, modeling in the mirror, and making happy little noises before moving on to the next display. The women who work in this store must have some kind of psychic ESP, because they appeared when needed and then magically transported back to the other side of the store to help someone else. it was like watching some kind of amazingly-choreographed ballet. I will confess that it was great to see a big smile on her face, and I could tell that this retail therapy session had been good for her. Mission accomplished!

Today wasn't the best of visits to this location. Usually I patron this store selling/buying a…read morecouple times a year. Each visit has been different with different staff each time, never the same people working here. Today is was greeted by a brown haired woman who loudly explained : "If you're going to sell here today, no matter where you live you have to be back here to pick up your drop off sale items by 8 pm or they will be discarded!' I've never been greeted that way by a consignment store. Especially one that relies on the public for sales to profit their store. Currently (July 2023) they do not want any baby clothes/items. They are only accepting the following: Kids shorts and swimsuits, Jordan's, name brand tee shirts, or bassinets. Things to know in my experience selling here: MOST IMPORTANT: just be nice, because most people Working here aren't that kind or well mannered in customer service. They won't give you much for your items, honestly you'll have better chances selling on Facebook market place. Most parents are willing to pay what you're asking for your kids items and they will even travel to You to pick them up. Easy service on both ends no middle man. The store is usually over crowded with stuff everywhere. Not that organized but, they do tend to host seasonal sales. Also note: I wouldn't try to sell items during the holidays. It's not worth your time. Better to purchase used kids items during their holiday sale instead. Lastly, if you're trying to sell ride on toys, you won't make near as much as you paid for them. Sell them for cash at a local garage sale instead. You'll be glad you did. No photos this time. Disappointing visit.

I was walking in the snack aisle I actually heard something about to fall and I had my hands on my head because I didn't know what was about to happen. The plastic piece in the photo almost fell on me but I moved in time. It was quite scary and the customer service person saw me covering my head and she didn't even say anything. I also told her about this when I was checking out and she didn't seem to care. Nor did she even remove the plastic piece from the floor so that no one would step on it.

I just couldn't pass up these styles. I also ended up purchasing the Orange Aspiration perfume. Which is an odd purchase for me. I don't normally shop for scents, but this store had such an awesome aroma that was fresh and inviting. I had to check it out while I was there. On the way to the checkout counter, I couldn't pass up the snack aisle. The Bourbon Elise wafers practically jumped off the shelf and into my hands. There were other Asian snacks that I want to try eventually. I also saw travel items, kitchenware, and slippers. It's almost like a mini branded drug store. Come here for your yarn and notion needs, to take classes and learn, and to socialize with fellow yarn enthusiasts. There are two rooms with yarn and accessories. In the back room, there is a table and chairs in the back to work on projects and socialize. They are offering small group setting classes for crochet and knit projects and to learn the basics. I sat there and worked on my project during a crochet class and the two instructors were patient and encouraging! There is a parking lot for easy and close parking.
