Walt's and team expertly upholstered for us a vintage sofa and a set of dining room chairs. The fabric we chose for the dining chair seats had a complicated pattern and Walt's did a fine job of fitting the design on the seats. The sofa required skilled craftsmanship with lots of tufting and trims. The foam in the sofa was old and totally 'crunchy', so it needed to be replaced. We chose medium firm foam for the job, and it feels just right. We were so pleased with the quality of the workmanship, and the finished result. Both projects were finished on time and were reasonably priced. It was fun to work with Ashlea at Walt's on the project, and we'll use Walt's again when we next find vintage furniture to recover. read more

I needed some bar seats reupholstered and got a few quotes. This place was not only the least expensive but they were very communicative and easy to work with. The only downside was they were so busy I had to wait over a month and a half for my reservation time slot to bring my chairs in. They helped me select a fabric and once I brought the chairs in they finished them right on time (3 days) and even delivered them back to our house (since my Prius wouldn't hold all 6 bar stools). The owner and front desk woman were great to work with as well. Highly recommend! read more

Spoke to Ashley, who guided me to a fabric that I liked . She took the order , followed thru with a pickup date , we agreed on a very reasonable price. I brought my vintage sofa to have an arm reupholstered which they did an ok job with although not great. The leather is pulled in a strange way as to cause wrinkles. They said they would fix a popped spring and instead ripped off all of the vintage fabric on the bottom of the sofa and replaced it with cheap paper fabric stapled haphazardly into the leather itself. I am so pissed at this. This is an incredibly rare sofa by Fredrik Keyser and now its lost a considerable amount of it's value. This was not discussed. I have ripped it all as it was sagging and noticeable from the front. I am going to have to spend several hours trying to pull out the staples and redo this crap job. read more

Walt's recovered our dinette in the RV. They put screws all the way through the slide out to the outside. They said they would take care of it and made an appt with us. They never called or showed up. We have better things to do than blow a day waiting. Each side of the dinette must have been done by two different people. They are considerably different. Walt's also recovered out couch. Had to send the cushions back because they didn't put in the padding I ordered. read more
