My son had passed a month earlier, and I attempted to mail some sentimental objects to a Colorado friend, who never received them. I WAS NOT told I could get any free insurance on the package, which apparently is common to be given a minimal amount. I DO note the lady who accepted my small box was completely uninterested. Of course I kept the receipt for a long time. Probably still have it on my phone. After a time I was told it hadn't reached its destination. I called the store several times, was given a number to look my package up, not told such number would expire, and they would refuse me another!! I repeatedly tried, at one point being told the package would be returned to ME! It was NOT. I was given several phone numbers to call, none of which were answered, nor returned my messages, to the point when the message mentioned "take our survey" the phone hung up on me!! I even called UPS headquarters, they were so sorry! Somewhere there is a box with a white small Lego Plane, scowling Lego woman on the wing, with "coins" from CAP and a seaplane logo mug. When it's opened on a YT video, which should be illegal!, I alone know the backstory and puns that go with the items! The bitch of it is, I wouldn't have let these things go to anyone else, literally! Thank God I got my payment refund from the credit card!! Trying to repeatedly track a package with such a long list of small numbers was disheartening after my son's death. This place sucks. I never got any recompense at all.

Tampa Printing took my conception and transformed what I thought I wanted into a visual that I did not think possible! Beautiful deep, crisp, sharp colors with life-like photo print that literally "jumps out at you!". I only received it today (by Priority Mail at no cost to me) and the material is MUCH thicker than what the competitors were proposing for more money, even details I did not think about Tampa Printing went that extra mile for me. Examples are the super reinforced seams, they installed brass grommets for me (never even occurred to me I needed them). This is truly a beautiful top notch, quality first business. If you look at my many, many reviews you will see that they are very truthful and "businesses earned" anywhere's from 1-Star to 5-Star (exceptional) service. I tell it like it is.
