Don't use the UPS store with the blue logo; I only give them a star to get this review posted. In August 2023, I had the absolute WORST experience with the UPS store on Brandon/60! My son had passed a month earlier, and I attempted to mail some sentimental objects to a Colorado friend, who never received them. I WAS NOT told I could get any free insurance on the package, which apparently is common to be given a minimal amount. I DO note the lady who accepted my small box was completely uninterested. Of course I kept the receipt for a long time. Probably still have it on my phone. After a time I was told it hadn't reached its destination. I called the store several times, was given a number to look my package up, not told such number would expire, and they would refuse me another!! I repeatedly tried, at one point being told the package would be returned to ME! It was NOT. I was given several phone numbers to call, none of which were answered, nor returned my messages, to the point when the message mentioned "take our survey" the phone hung up on me!! I even called UPS headquarters, they were so sorry! Somewhere there is a box with a white small Lego Plane, scowling Lego woman on the wing, with "coins" from CAP and a seaplane logo mug. When it's opened on a YT video, which should be illegal!, I alone know the backstory and puns that go with the items! The bitch of it is, I wouldn't have let these things go to anyone else, literally! Thank God I got my payment refund from the credit card!! Trying to repeatedly track a package with such a long list of small numbers was disheartening after my son's death. This place sucks. I never got any recompense at all. read more

The parking lot is a little rough to get in and out of they are right next to the auto parts store so most the spots are filled with cars being fixed or worked on but the store itself is easy once you get in. The customer service is fast and easy especially when you have an amazing return they down your box, print your receipt and your on your way. read more

Service was quick and friendly. I used the pack and ship service for a 65 lb item that I sold on eBay. I would rate them 4 or 5 stars, but the item arrived to the buyer slightly damaged, apparently not sufficiently protected. I luckily made sure that the item was insured for full value, which the buyer paid the premium for. If you do use their service make sure to get the insurance, and declare the value. Check the paperwork carefully, as even though I declared the value as $1800, the space was left blank on the copy I was given to review. No declaration = $100, so I would have been out quite a bit of money if I didn't catch this. The buyer filed a claim with UPS, I got my full selling price, so all was fine in the end. read more

9/24/24 approx 550pm. The store had many packages stacked all over counter and behind counter ready for shipping. Only one employee was working and he was being very diligent trying to assist people. I had multiple Amazon returns and noticed he was printing the labels and he stopped attaching them and just started setting them under the product to return and items were piling up. I left reluctantly and went back into the store after a few other people left to see if he was attaching the labels and he was not. I asked if he would attach my labels to the items I was returning and he refused. He actually refused. I asked if I could do it myself or take my items back and he also refused and kept doing other things other than attaching labels to the items to keep things organized. WHY? I saw another customers box sitting on the floor with no label. It should never be a appropriate to do that. read more

Austin was very uncooperative when I asked for the receipt that the owner was supposed to email me for 6 packages that they sent out earlier this week. When I asked for the owners contact info he said he couldn't give that information out. I can see why. No stars for service or follow through. read more

This store is somewhat unprofessional. There is no natural friendly customer service and the 2 ladies I've interacted with seem like they didn't even want to be there. The younger lady talks in a monotone voice and kind of don't know how to handle customers or small talk, and gives excuses when she doesn't feel like doing something. I know because I've shipped from there several times. My last visit I went and this guy was waiting for 13 mintutes for copies. The white lady that is older said to the guy she would do it for free when I got her attention while the line was unattended. She stayed in the back without acknowledging anyone. Customers we're walking out during the wait, while I called to her attention in the back room, she finally came to the front as I politely asked her and explained that she was not only making the customer wait, but holding the line. She said she wouldn't help anybody else until she was finished his order. I understand the machine was not working properly, but she was rude in her communication, and I told her she shouldn't keep customers waiting that long if she's having an issue, since most of us were just dropping off packages. She replied condescendingly by saying it didn't matter and she would help in the order of every customer regardless of the delay while she waited for the copies. I stated it's not fair or profession as she complained she was alone. And started helping the remaining two people, including me. I've had plenty of experience in customer service, and I know how to multitask and balance people's Experience. If you need someone competent and that is proud to have a job, I'd gladly do the job myself. But this store is sad and terrible. The guy that work(ed) I only encountered once was ok, no prob with him. Just the young lady of color, and the white lady that's older than her. Other than that, everything in the store seems to be fine. read more

So far the guys here especially Dusty ''employee'' went out of his way to make sure all my NFA gun trust paperwork was properly signed by me and him plus witness signature as well. This location gets busy during the middle week then dies down. They offer copying, UPS/FEDEX shipping, mail box rentals and many more. Very convenient location with plenty of parking. read more

While my visit here a gentleman help me with my first Amazon return, this went smoothly without any issues. My second return I was helped by the "new manager" "Vicki" her attitude towards customers was horrible, openly complaining about other customers and when I had an issue with my return she wasn't helpful. I went to apply for a passport at this location. I was happy with the service of most of the employees EXCEPT for the supervisor. In the middle of the processing of my application she removes the postal officer to help since the line for postal services was getting long. I was asked to go seat and wait for the completion of my application. I was not happy since I thought she should have been allowed to complete my application and then assist. I could have waited if she hadn't started with me. I think it's unfair for me to wait when I go through the process of setting an appointment. I'm a customer too and deserve good treatment. I expressed my feelings to her but to no avail. I also think there should be a dedicated officer to help with processing of passport applications. If there are no appointments, then they can provide others on the line. read more

I've had better customer service at Wal-Mart! The blonde chick who claims to be assistant manager of this place does not know or care anything about customer service. Instead of taking responsibility for misinformation I was given when I called, it was basically not her problem. So for all your shipping, copying needs etc, I will forever go to FedEx Kinko's where the customer service is outstanding and willingness to help customers. read more

First time I tried to send overnight for my business the package was almost a day late and I paid $47.00 to have it shipped overnight. They never explained that if it didn't make it that I would have to call them and then go through a process to get a refund, so because of this I spend time on the phone with UPS who then told me I had to call the store. When I called the store they told me sorry but we can't issue a refund we have to send a request to UPS and they will send you a check in approximately 3 weeks. 3 WEEKS! I paid with my debit business card and now I didn't get my package delivered on time and I can't get my money back for 3 weeks! UNBELIEVABLE! read more
